I adore the Selection series by Kiera Cass, but I was wondering if anyone had actually read it.

YES AND I LOVED IT!! It basically went under my collections of favourite section of books and omg, it was just so cute, seeing America and Maxon together! <3 Although Aspen "fighting for the love", Maxon just the perfect guy that any girl could ever have~ I also loved the front cover of every book cover and that made what to read it. Some people said that it was boring or bad, but it doesn't matter because everyone has a different taste of books, so i'm fine with some people saying no because it happened with me with the bestselling book, Eleanor and Par by John Greene (I think, i don't rmbr the author's name). My best friend and I just didn't like the book because both of us just wasn't in the taste for the book... While lots of people recommended, loved it and really liked it... So, yes, I have read the book and it was very romantic :)
I read the whole trilogy except I can't find it in me to read the other books.
I've read the trilogy.
First Book - The Selection: Super Love it!!!
Second Book - The Elite: Like it!!
Third Book - The One: Disappointing!!!

I can not tell you how much I love the Selection series, this is totally my second favorite series( after Harry Potter) and if you are in a reading slump pick this up!
I've read all of the books & starting out the Selection, I genuinely thought I was going to hate it.
BUT, finishing The One & starting The Heir, I've actually realized I'm so in love with it and absolutely adore it.

I've read the trilogy, but haven't really felt an urge to read The Heir. I liked it for what it was, light entertainment.
Read the whole series in three days. It wasn't really special. I don't read much YA, but it was really cheesy. I also hated how the main character cannot make up her mind until the last part of the last book. Her indecisiveness was really IRRITATING. I like boy one, no, I mean boy two, oh wait, maybe boy one, boy two? boy one? The whole story mostly revolved around that. The interesting parts (kingdom issues, moral issues) weren't fleshed out as much as I would have wanted it to be.
i'm planning to read the whole series but can me what type of books are they like.Is it good
i like the series.i have a love/hate problem with the main character America. but the end was the best for me..
i did and i really like it. My favorite one was the first one
I read them, but I wouldn't describe them as my favorite. America was way too indecisive and conceited at times, especially when it came to Aspen. I did enjoy them, but reading them felt like reading a review of the Bachelor meeting Divergent( merely for the class divisions). I did not read the Heir, I simply don´t buy it. It betrays the idea presented in the first book: "Princesses born into the royal family were sold off into marriage in an attempt to solidify our young relations with other countries". So, what? Rules have changed now? I'm not buying it. I might be missing out on something great, but, hey, it'll be my loss.
I've read it and i liked it, it's a nice story. I read all three books and even the two spin-off but I don't think I'll read the Heir because it's boring after many books
Yes, I was very embarrassed when I realised that i like The Selection series :)
i've read them all and i really enjoy the series too. i love that The Heir sets up another series in a series - it's going to be a good continuation of the story i think.
Omg this was such an easy book to read and I could not put it down!!
This series is one of my favourites!!!!
Read the first three books in two days and finished the Heir in a day.

I just got done with The One a couple nights ago. And Loved it!!!
I read it and loved it also! I'm currently reading the Heir!
Rori, what book have you read before it?
I read it but it was very dull.there should have been more adventure and action.
I read it, (Or tried to read it). I just found it really hard to get through. It was dull and uninteresting and actually kind of juvenile. Maybe because I just read such a great and entertaining book before it...
