Hi,

So I'm trying to remember a book I'm pretty sure was by Stephen King. As stated in the title it had a yellow/gold cover with multiple driver licenses spread and the ID pic changing from a man into a bull (minotaur?). I think I read this book around a decade ago so 2000-2007. Can you help me identify it?
