hate is a strong word. I doubt anyone hates you everyone has people who don't like them. I have plenty of my own. they're probably just jealous of something about you. people are like that. one time at this summer camp I went to this little girl was being picked on by another little girl. this little girl so happened to follow me around. I noticed she wasn't around anymore so when I went to the mess hall to get some food she was sitting by the back door crying so I stopped and asked her what was wrong. she said someone called her fat. I told her that the only reason someone would call her fat is because they're jealous of your awesome looks and want to make you feel bad. that made her back into the tough little girl she was Lol

no it's elementary up to high school. some schools around here since there aren't that many combine high school and grade school so once you get into let's say fifth grade you're in.
