SOLVED. YA romance, starts in highschool, end up working as rival columnist for a magazine/newspaper [s]

So I'm not too sure about most of the details, I might be getting mixed up with other books. I think it starts with them in High school. There is two main couples, all friends together. There's the usual ups and downs in a YA romance. Think at the end fast forwards when they're working together at a magazine. This I am sure about, they've all ended up staying together and the main couple are rival columnists for a magazine or newspaper. I remember the heroine trying to sneak a look at what he/her husband was working on. She waltzes into the meeting pretending she runs the place but no one takes her seriously, they're used to her oddities. Think it's run and/or owned by the other couple.

I feel like it was a cross between So Over You and Fourteen
