The girl doesn't know she is a Centaur and goes to live with her real family that is trying to educate her. They walk around on two legs and don't have the centaur bodies.

I want to say that there is a blood debt or something and to repay it the villan wants her to marry his son but she is in love with someone else.

Not much to go on but that is about all I remember. :(
