YA about the last of the human race on a space ship [s]

I read this book about a hundred times in high school. I never bothered to remember the name, but I always remembered where it was in the library.

It follows a young girl as she travels through space with hundreds of children. The ship raises the children until they can reach their new home. There is a huge holo-deck as well. Those are the pieces I remember.
