I'm in, but going to be starting it late. I'm finishing up the Pennyroyal Green book today and I have a library book to read that's due before I can start this one. Probably will be Wednesday night when I get to it.
I think I'm going start tomorrow night or Wednesday morning depending on the in-laws activities!! But I'll get it tomorrow
I will wait until tomorrow or Wednesday as well and finish up the one I'm reading while waiting for you ladies xD

I just started 2 hours ago and didnt read the whole time and I'm already at 27% ,it's either really short or I'm reading too fast.I'll have the Q's in the morning
We didn't discuss a chapter break down but I've read 8 chapters so far , and it's 33 chapters , are we reading this over 4 days?

ShoSho’s Question for chapter 1-81-Woohoo, that was a steamy first chapter and that was one HOT scene, the cutting the shirt thing and using to tie her hands. It doesn’t happen a lot but I like the books that start like this. I have
2-OMG I can’t believe what I was reading. Is her father the same man KGI is after? Did she just killed her father and 2 other man????Was she spying on Sam by having sex with him?? BTW he had cut her shirt , what did she wear? What did you think of these events?
3-What do you think her father had done to her to cause her to kill him? And what was that thing she cut from around his neck?
4-She was thinking that she had to get to Sam and tell him everything but when he got to her she didn’t tell him the whole thing just bits and pieces . I hate it when they keep important information from one another! Was it wise to keep these facts from him? Comments?
5-What did you think of Donavon and Garret’s reactions? And of Sophie being afraid of them? It kind of reminded me of Rachel reaction to Ethan’s brother.
6-I thought Sam would react better and kinder to Sophie and her being pregnant .I thought he would be more understanding but he wasn’t, comments?
7- Did he just cut the man’s throat? I thought he would get him alive to get information out of him. It just was unbelieve the way he killed the man and then got rid of the body! Comments?

Answers for chapter 1-7 xD1. Crazy, right?! I was like, what's happening here. I almost didn't read on. I knew right away that she'd get pregnant and I think it will be important, but hello STDs?!
2-3. I don't think Maya Banks thought about what she wore xD I thought she killed her uncle and now her father wants to kill her for doing it? I was a bit confused about this part. I'm itching to know more as we get to know Sophie.
4. I think she panicked. I could really feel how scared she was. Excellent piece of narrating, I thought. And I felt his frustration. But yeah, she didn't really give him a chance to trust her. No, she should have told him everything! But then again, she only met him once so it's not obvious to her that she can trust him with everything.
5. Me too! I think it was very natural.
6. I thought so too, but I can see why they think it's a set up. I thought he handled it quite nicely, all things considered.
7. Haven't read this yet! *Trying to shut my eyes but peaks anyway*
ShoSho’s Question for chapter 1-81- Very, very hot scene! I agree with you - I love when a book starts out so steamy! Doesn't happen too often. As far as the condom goes, I would think she assumed he had one on. Her back was to him, and he obviously came into the shower for a reason ;) Plus he had been using them each time before. I think it's a reasonable assumption on her part.
2- Good question about what she would wear... Hadn't thought about that! We learned in chapter 7 that she was sent to watch Sam by her father. I can't wait to see what other terrible things her father had asked of her.
3- I think she wanted to kill him because she was trapped, couldn't escape him and wanted to be free of everything she had to do for him. I think she cut some sort of key from his neck. That guy on the boat seemed pretty determined to get it for her uncle. Makes sense to me.
4- I am curious why she didn't feel safe enough to tell them she murdered her father, and tell them it was her uncle who was after them. If she really thinks they can protect her and the baby, you'd think she'd want to share as much info on the situation so they could address it.
5- I guess given what they do, it makes sense to be suspicious. She did know who he was and how to find him, which I imagine is the #1 no-no for them to share. And if I were them, I would certainly believe this was some sort of trap. I haven't read the first book, so I have no idea about Rachel and Ethan...
6- I think his reaction is believable. He feels protective of what seems to be his child, but she has been acting very suspicious and I think he is being reasonable to be wary of her.
7- They talked about how this guy was a professional because of his patience and everything, so I would think they would know he would be unlikely to give any information up. Plus it seemed he was about to have a good position with his gun, so he had to move quick and instinctually. Getting rid of the body made sense.
Just finished it. I really enjoyed it! How's everyone else feeling?

It doesn’t happen a lot but I like the books that start like this. I have two 1 thing to say about the shower scene, why she didn’t say anything about not using a condom? Hmm ok I won’t say the other one it’s just too much!!! there was some definite sizzle to the way this started :) I agree with Rebecca, I bet she figured he wore a condom cause he had before.

She seemed sweet with Sam and then ruthless with her father. And what was it with the maid giving her the purse with the gun?

So close! It's due tomorrow but I hoped I would finish it today, but I got an e-mail from my supervisor just before I was going to send it in with a reference he wanted me to add. Tomorrow will be the best day ever! I'm still so happy that I'm about to burst xD

Susanne's Questions for Chapter 9-168. I really love the Kelly family! I laughed for the first time in this book when Sam's mother chided him for not taking better care of Sophie. What did you think about how they reacted to the news of the grandchild? What do you think about Rusty?
9. Sam was so sweet drying her hair and taking care of her. Still no doctor, do you think it will be a problem later on?
10. The talk with Resnick shed some new light on the situation. Do you think she has the key to the plutonium supply? Kind of important stuff she's keeping from him if that's the case. Thoughts?
11. I'm still a bit annoyed with the lack of communication. I couldn't believe Sam set up the meeting with CIA without telling Sophie. How do you think she will react when she finds out?
12. I can't wait to read the rest of this series. I loved when all of them was gathered in the living room. Can't wait to read P.J. and Rio's stories. Do you feel the same?
13. Sophie is scared that Sam will reject her when he finds out she killed her father. Do you think he will react that way? Shouldn't she have told them everything by now since she's putting them all in danger over it?
