Gah! I can't! I woke my cat up with my loud exclamations when I read (view spoiler)[that Marlene is missing (hide spoiler)]. It's so much stress!

Poor cat! Lol! I'm biting my nails. I can't stop reading now! But as you said, it is Romancialand so everything will probably work out in the end xD But how?!

Wow!!!! Way to go girl!!
Re: Suzanne's questions for ch 9-16... This is why I don't like to read ahead in books before discussion questions are posted! So frustrated with myself over this... I can't go back and remember how I felt before I learned what would eventually happen :( boo.
Rebecca wrote: "Re: Suzanne's questions for ch 9-16... This is why I don't like to read ahead in books before discussion questions are posted! So frustrated with myself over this... I can't go back and remember ho..."HAHA I know that feeling cause I usually read ahead too ;)
I have to admit, I just finished it! There was no way I could put it down after chapter 24. I'm so glad! I really liked it! *Bouncing up and down* I'm already looking forward to the next one!
Susan's Questions for Chapters 17-2514. It seems like there are a lot of groups like KGI - at least we read about a lot of them LOL Same made starting KGI seem easy peasy. Do you ever wonder how many groups there really are like that how they start?
15. Re ch 18 - I just have to comment on Sam...that's the second time he's finished beofre Sophie. It kind of makes me like him more - he seems a little more real than most romance heroes who hold out till she gets there first ;)
16. Dear heavens! Frank had a heart attack! Don't you wonder how he's managed to go all these years without one beofer now?
17. I KNEW IT! Sophie was pissed about Resnick. I don't like that she's tried to leave, but BRAVO! for her doing something. COmments?
18. If it's not one thing, it's another. Sophie running away, Frank's heart attack and Marlene is missing. What's your thoughts? Plausible or contrived drama?
19. Finally! We have all the info out in the open. Do you think things will work out now?
20. I spoke too soon in the last question. Sam still hasn't told her what he wants from their relationship. I was touched by his emotion during the sonogram. Will he ever tell her his feelings?
Susanne wrote: "I have to admit, I just finished it! There was no way I could put it down after chapter 24. I'm so glad! I really liked it! *Bouncing up and down* I'm already looking forward to the next one!"I'm planning on reading the rest as soon as I get off here :)
ShoSho's answers to Susanne's Questions for Chapter 9-168. I really love the Kelly family! I laughed for the first time in this book when Sam's mother chided him for not taking better care of Sophie. What did you think about how they reacted to the news of the grandchild? What do you think about Rusty?
I love Marlene and Frank , they are so believable .Lol @ Susan for wanting to be Marlene .I didn’t like her in the first book but I’m liking her better in this one
9. Sam was so sweet drying her hair and taking care of her. Still no doctor, do you think it will be a problem later on?
Nah nothing will happen to the baby , there might be scare just to add to the drama but nothing bad will happen . He was soooo sweet
10. The talk with Resnick shed some new light on the situation. Do you think she has the key to the plutonium supply? Kind of important stuff she's keeping from him if that's the case. Thoughts?
I think so yeah.I wasn’t happy with Sam for not telling her about the Resnick guy
11. I'm still a bit annoyed with the lack of communication. I couldn't believe Sam set up the meeting with CIA without telling Sophie. How do you think she will react when she finds out?
She’ll lose her trust in him
12. I can't wait to read the rest of this series. I loved when all of them was gathered in the living room. Can't wait to read P.J. and Rio's stories. Do you feel the same?
Yep I like to read Steele’s book , I don’t think Rusty will have a book , she is too young
13. Sophie is scared that Sam will reject her when he finds out she killed her father. Do you think he will react that way? Shouldn't she have told them everything by now since she's putting them all in danger over it?
No he’ll understand , he is a romance hero , they always understand .
Shosho's asnwers to Susan's Questions for Chapters 17-2514. It seems like there are a lot of groups like KGI - at least we read about a lot of them LOL Same made starting KGI seem easy peasy. Do you ever wonder how many groups there really are like that how they start?
I think it’s only fiction I can’t believe there are any groups like KGI exist !!!
15. Re ch 18 - I just have to comment on Sam...that's the second time he's finished beofre Sophie. It kind of makes me like him more - he seems a little more real than most romance heroes who hold out till she gets there first ;)
Yep you can’t always time it :D it seems more real this way. Sometimes when I read the sex scenes I think the author have never had sex before !!! The scene is so unreal that I doubt they ever had seen a man naked before :P
16. Dear heavens! Frank had a heart attack! Don't you wonder how he's managed to go all these years without one beofer now?
With 6 boys it’s a wonder he hadn’t had one before now. Do you know if taking ibuprofen during a heart attack is good , bad or doesn’t matter?
17. I KNEW IT! Sophie was pissed about Resnick. I don't like that she's tried to leave, but BRAVO! for her doing something. COmments?
I would have been pissed too , keeping things from each other in their situation is the worst thing they can do. I actually liked that she left , she gave Sam a good jolt !
18. If it's not one thing, it's another. Sophie running away, Frank's heart attack and Marlene is missing. What's your thoughts? Plausible or contrived drama?
No it’s good , it’s on the border of just right and being too much . I thought the way her father killed her mother was a bit too much but it goes well with the picture we got from the father so far
19. Finally! We have all the info out in the open. Do you think things will work out now?
well yes of course it will work out.I hope she doesn’t do something stupid to save Marlene and then end up in a bad place!
20. I spoke too soon in the last question. Sam still hasn't told her what he wants from their relationship. I was touched by his emotion during the sonogram. Will he ever tell her his feelings?
I wondered about that too , did you noticed she said something about her father being his potential in-law and he didn’t comment on it.

There are lots of thoughts that go through the character's heads that have NEVER gone threw mine LOL

I just sent you something on pinterest, take a look at what Lisa Kay has posted , (you probably have to close your eyes for the rest of the pins) and read the article!
I was stunned! And mortified that he could do that to her mother and just go on like he had dropped his fork or something.
Susan (susayq) wrote: "I read the article, ShoSho! Hilarious! AND TRUE!"Yes so True , sometimes I read a scene and think don't they have to go to the bathroom? or clean themselves up for the next round or even for sleep? I'm always in the bathroom about 2 minutes after!!!

Yeah, they never clean up after. I can't sleep if I don't. And I can never fall asleep immediately after....Hubs must not be doing right cause I'm not always worn out like romance heroines ;)
The one thing I was going to say but censored myself in the first question was that if they are having sex while standing up (view spoiler)
ShoSho wrote: "The one thing I was going to say but censored myself in the first question was that if they are having sex while standing up [spoilers removed]"That's a good question. Obviously he had some strong swimmers LOL
ShoSho wrote: "Susan (susayq) wrote: "ShoSho wrote: "Sometimes when I read the sex scenes I think the author have never had sex before !!! The scene is so unreal that I doubt they ever had seen a man naked before..."I want to see!
ShoSho wrote: "Did you suspect that [spoilers removed]"I DEFINITELY did not see that coming!!! That blew me away! I love when I actually don't see something big like that coming. Too often it's obvious what will happen :)
Rebecca wrote: "ShoSho wrote: "Susan (susayq) wrote: "ShoSho wrote: "Sometimes when I read the sex scenes I think the author have never had sex before !!! The scene is so unreal that I doubt they ever had seen a ..."What ?You want to see a naked man?:D
That made me laugh like a lunatic and had my husband staring at me... i think with a bit of horror... hahahahaha. brilliant!
ShoSho wrote: "The one thing I was going to say but censored myself in the first question was that if they are having sex while standing up [spoilers removed]"As a nurse, ShoSho, I can tell you that, "Yes!" Unequivocally, yes. That organ is designed for suction. ☺ Especially with the help of a few "Big O's." ☺
Hey ladies! I'm back and now I'm officially a free woman. Just handed in my thesis! *Dancing around*Susan's Qs
14. Me neither! I don't think it would be legal for a country to outsource stuff like that to private groups. They make it seem so simple, if we had as many groups as in romances there wouldn't be any bad guys left out there. Lol!
15. @Shosho - I agree! I think romance books might put unreasonable expectations on sex. Everyone finishing at the same time, multiple orgasms and everyone is up for sex at all times and places.
16. Yeah, it makes you wonder. I wonder if this will be a theme in the next books as well? @Shosho, don't know but I think it's fine.
17. She had every right to be angry, but I totally get why she tried to run away. I would probably have stayed put though (but I wouldn't have had the guts to shoot anyone either).
18. I think it works in this setting! It is a very stressful situation. But, yeah, I'm exhausted from
20. I didn't think about it, but you're right. I think he will xD xD

LMAO! It is so true! Exactly what I been wondering about!
Susan wrote: "Yeah, they never clean up after. I can't sleep if I don't. And I can never fall asleep immediately after....Hubs must not be doing right cause I'm not always worn out like romance heroines ;)"
*Chuckles* Maybe we should send our hubs to romance hero school?
ShoSho wrote: "Did you suspect that [spoilers removed]"I was stunned! It felt slightly unrealistic to me, and to be honest I'm not sure what we gained by it expect Sam thinking for a moment he still doesn't trust her.

Congratulations again, it's a really good feeling
Thanks ladies! It's a really nice feeling! The defense will be in April, so there is still one more thing to do before finishing the PhD, but I'm really looking forward to that part (and the party)! I will stay on as a post doc researcher for now and then we'll see xD First, I will focus on our wedding in May and then go on a long relaxing honey moon. Lol!
Susan (susayq) wrote: "I'll be first in line to send mine to romance hero school :)"If only there was one:D
