thank you! I will check with my publisher on the other number...officially this book isn't released yet except for within the Kindle Select Program where it is available for purchase 3 months prior to release.

This edition and this edition are the same and need to be merged. Project Gutenberg is the publisher and Feedbooks merely distributed their editions of public domain books. People are getting confused.I'd say they're ebooks, too, as they lack ASINs.
They're part of a series so...well, you know what you're doing better than I do. :)
Or maybe I'm confused. Let me know. I see someone has added a Kindle edition for each book in that series up to number 6 with the publisher marked as Feedbooks, but Feedbooks cites Project Gutenberg as their source. I don't like the whole ebook vs. Kindle edition thing. :\ If I'm right, let me know and I'll link to the others that need merging.

(2) It is a book set from two of the author's series and I can't find a similar product here or anywhere else in the web. I've encountered this previously and I was advised to req for a merge with the unknown book and the primary edition of the first book listed in Amazon.

People are getting conf..."The Feedbooks cover should not have been added to the Project Gutenberg edition. The Project Gutenberg edition was properly added without a cover (there is not one available on their site, so none should be added). Just because the source of the Feedbooks edition is Project Gutenberg, does not mean they are the same thing. Many publishers (digital and print) get their text from there, so you can't merge it with just one of them. The Project Gutenberg edition keeps it's own entry, since some readers like myself get their books directly from Project Gutenberg.
I have updated the Feedbooks edition. Since the "Kindle" edition on their site is just a mobi edition readable by the Kindle (along with other available formats), I changed the format to ebook. Separate formats do not get their own entries, unless they have unique ISBNs/ASINs.

Merged the author, but kept the book. Appears to be a kindle edition no longer available at Amazon. I combined with the other editions.
This http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17... is the same as the popular edition. (One of them shows the ISBN10 and the other the ISBN13.)A few days ago, someone edited the popular edition (which was the US edition) to remove all of the information for that edition and replace it with the German title and cover, etc. (The German edition already existed.) I reverted those changes, but someone else had already gone in and re-added the American edition using the ISBN13, so this new one needs to be merged.

I don't think the whole thing needs to be deleted. I downloaded the sample to my Kindle and was able to keep some information from that. I deleted all the information that was only available from Amazon and we can fill it in when the author replies with more information.

I found both editions and moved them to your author page. However, both appear to have valid ISBNs. (Although the Kindle Edition should have an ASIN.) We do not remove books with valid ISBNs, unless they are cancelled prior to publication.
