I wasn't able to read last night too. I was up until 1 am reading Unravel Me! I'll start it on my lunch break. =D
BTW, can I use this for the Love Is All Around challenge? is it red enough?

I think she meant the latter...so I guess I have to pick another red book! I have zero book on my February challenge folder!

Lol ok. I wasn't sure if you were saying that it worked or it didn't, but I agree with you both. I think this could qualify for 50%, but I don't think we could stretch it to 60%. Oh well! I'm sure it'll be worth reading anyhow! :D
I just finished chapter 15! Guess who's back?!? Anyway, who else is suspicious with Wolf's actions? The way he relays his story to Scarlet, it's as if she makes her believe that's he'a an Omega instead of an Alpha... (in The Queens Army, the story ends with Z being the new alpha of the pack). I think he has a hidden agenda.
I haven't made it that far yet. I had paused Scarlet until I could read The Queens Army (which I just finished a little bit ago). I'm about to start "Book Two" (Ch. 11) in Scarlet as soon as I update my reading status and write my review :)
Guys! I've only read a couple chapters! i'm ashamed lol. I was dying to read this book then I didn't read it!

since it came out and I still haven't read it. Actually, you know what? I can do better (or worse) than that. I've had
since it came out in October and the Caster Chronicles is one of my favorite series ever! I waited for years for that to come out (I bought and read the first one when it was first released) and I still haven't had the time to get to book 4! Though the big problem there is that I want to reread the last two books in that series before I move on to the fourth one and those books never fit into any challenges! Anyway....I know how you feel. Lol :)

for the movie this week!!
I did reread that one back in October :D I have to put some space in between reading the books and watching the movies. Otherwise, I notice the changes a lot more and it ruins my movie going experience! Lol :) That's why I didn't read The Host again for the Guided Buddy Read last month.

I already posted my review! I'm excited to read the 3rd book... I hope Scarlet and Wolf will still be in book 3 even though the featured fairy tale character is Rapunzel...

I finished it, but apparently my brain is worthless at the moment because I can't seem to write a decent review. I give up on writing it for tonight, but I'll finish it tomorrow.

I felt bad about what happened to her grandma though... what they did to her was horrible!

Kai! Here's the thing about Kai for me...he's not my favorite male lead, but I do like him. I just feel like he should be fighting harder for Cinder, you know? I think maybe it bugs me because this is a fairytale retelling and fairytales are all about the romance and the HEA. Now, I'm sure this will all end with a HEA, but I just wish he was fighting a little more. I hope he makes up for it in the next book. I think the only thing missing from this series for me is a guy to swoon over. I was all about Kai until the end of Cinder. Here's hoping he redeems himself.
I was really happy about Iko! I wonder if she's going to stay with the ship or if she's going to get an escort body. Maybe she'll eventually become BFFs with Nainsi! Lol :)

Yup, Kai have to redeem himself on the next book, otherwise I'm going to be shipping Cinder-Thorne!
I think Iko is going to be a ship for a while, they need her so that they can travel undetected.
I wonder what Rapunzel is doing in Sahara. I mean with her long hair, the desert should be the last place on earth she would want to be in. I'm in Riyadh, and during summer I always want to chop my hair off because it's too hot!

Scarlet had a red sweatshirt instead of a cape (misleading cover! Lol) and Cinder lost her foot on the palace steps, not her glass slipper. I bet Rapunzel is different too :)

well yeah, but with Iko there the ship can move on it's own.

Wolf is completely out of the levana's control now right? since Jael is already dead? The last thing we want is a wolf attacking everyone in the ship!

I think so. Maybe the pack will follow Wolf since he's the alpha and they'll help later to fight Levana. I can't wait until they destroy her. I hope that part isn't disappointing!

Isn't it that Scarlet's grandfather is a lunar too? Do you think she'll eventually have some lunar powers?
One year is too long!I'm not sure about Scarlet. You'd think that she'd already know about her powers if she had some. Her powers couldn't have been blocked like Cinder's because Scarlet was able to be manipulated.

i think you're right. anyway, even lunars can be manipulated right?
The reason why scarlet's granny wasn't manipulated was because of the implanted things scarlet's adoptive fathers created right? do you think scarlet have the same thing or is she born with that ability already?

a friend of mine mentioned that Capt. Thorne could be Rapunzel's love interest... and I agree with her! Thorne personality is very Flynn-like.

He finished last night...said he would give it a 4.5 star rating...something about this not ending on quite as an exciting note as he felt Cinder had.
Just started this and I'm enjoying it so far!Hmm, I think I'm already in love with Wolf! Lol!
