Can anyone recommend a windows phone for developers? We're thinking of buying one.

Pretty much all of the Windows 8 phones have the same internal hardware (Dual core Qualcomm chip, 1GB ram, 1280x768 or 1280x720 resolution). The only real differences are screen/build quality.

If you're on Verizon, I'd highly recommend the HTC 8X. I have one and have been pretty happy with it.
