I am reading the Magic series by Tracy Madison right now. I absolutely love these books. They are a breath of fresh air. I have been reading a lot of historical/paranormal romance lately and I am getting sick of the villains. I am wanting easy reading. My favorite character in this series happens to be the grandmother. She is amazing. Funny, clever, eccentric and very lovable. I would like to know if anyone knows of other books similar to this series.

I haven't read that series, Shay but it sounds good. I don't normally care for the paranormal/witchcraft stuff but it sounds like they are light hearted so I might give em a chance.Jill Shalvis' Lucky Harbor series is pretty good.
Your library has NO Jill Shalvis? That's...strange. She has so many and she's a NYT best selling author!
Now that you mention it, I don't recall ever seeing Jill Shalvis at my library either. Darn them libraries!!! BTW, my library is getting a new building. Hopefully, it will get some new books then too. I don't think they have gotten any new books for months now.
