Need help adding & combining editions

Hi,
I presently have 2 versions of my novel RESURRECTED: an Adam Wolf Thriller on my author page:
Paperback: ISBN 13:9789879615
Kindle book: ISBN 13: 978987961518

Yesterday I manually added an epub version of RESURRECTED: an Adam Wolf Thriller (ISBN: 9780987961525). But it does not show up on my author page, and there is no cover image.

I would really appreciate your help in adding the epub to my author page and combining it with my paperback and kindle editions so that my GR reviews will show up on KOBO.

Seems like there's another author with same name like yours.
Done edit the author name for the ebook version and also combine :)

However, I notice that RESURRECTED is now misspelled in epub version and on my main book page as "RESSURECTED". Could you please correct the spelling?
