So anything to do with discussions surrounding books, authors, series or genre, post a new topic in here for feedback or more information.

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments There are a few discussion threads on that - I've moved them into the How Do I? folder prior to reworking this folder. I'll move them here over the next day or so...

In the meantime, check what ppl have said here:

***edit***
I've moved the linked one above to this folder now :)

PepperP0t Jane (PS) there really are a lot of us epub-ers we're just quieter. a lot of us look under the nook group for epub stuff cuz the Sony group seems dormant and those are the only 2 i use.

message 9: by Jane (PS), Moderator (new)

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments I'm actually an ePub-er as well, predominantly. But I couldn't really help Questian since I don't read her book types :)

I hadn't realised there was a Nook or Sony group... Thanks Pat!

Addison | 1 comments Hello! I'm trying to find a romance novel- can't for the life of me remember the name... but it starts out with a small english girl who is in africa with her mother- an adventuress or something. the mother dies at some point and i think the girl is raised by wild dogs or something? She is rescued and brought back to england where she has to become an English lady, and she does, falls in love etc... Ring any bells to anyone? It's driving me absolutely crazy!

Sorry Tiff - I hadn't seen your question... I have read a few books by Gena. I loved the first book in the Lords of the Underworld The Darkest Night, but wasn't so keen on book 2 and 3... And I didn't like Playing with Fire at all.

Maybe she's just a 'hit and miss' author for me? :)

Nik (nicknak) | 1 comments I am looking for a book i read a few months ago, and didn't log. If there is a better place to post this question, please let me know!

The book is centered around a baker who is attending her ex boyfriend's wedding. Meets a cute accountant and has an encounter in the bathroom. Her best friend and his co worker are dating/get engaged/get married so they are thrown together. A song "Do I wanna Know" by the Arctic Monkeys is featured in the book.

Thanks for any help. It's driving me crazy!

Ok, looks like this was posted a while ago, so i'm not sure if you still need the book title, but it sounds to me like Sweet Addiction by J. Daniels. Great book!

Papierechic | 1 comments 1) I'm looking for these type of books.
Romance books either YA or NA genre.
Have anyone comes across books with this kind of plot: Roommates(mc : girl roommates with her friend), Her roommates one day brought assignment/study group of friends to their place(mc and her roommate place.) One of her roommate's friends shows interest towards mc(the girl).
MC(girl) character: sassy , quirky, funny kind of girl.
Please recommend if you've come across something similar or close to it or something similar ;p

2). I'm searching for a book written about (cant remember the author)(at first I thought it's written by J. Lynn but such book doesnt exist) a girl bookworm/librarian falling in love with a hot guy. Ummm suppose to be published year 2014. I think it's under the YA or NA genre.

If anyone knows the book, please help me out! Thanks!

message 25: by Lisa (new)

Lisa | 1 comments I read a book last year and can’t remember what it’s called and I want to read it again! It’s a security company/ bodyguard romance, the female lead lives in an apartment above the security company and is afraid to leave the building because of threats against her, mainly from her brother. A new guy starts at the company and they fall in love etc etc and he helps her get over the fear of leaving the house and so on.

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments I can’t help you on this one Lisa but hopefully it will ring a bell with someone here 🙂

Breanne Bergie (mrsbre_writes) | 3 comments Hi! I’m new here and I’m looking for some followers, not only on here, but on Twitter and Instagram as well. Writing is my passion and I have many platforms I am using to help get my books out there. Right now my books are all FREE to read online by following me and knowing where to find them. I am looking to change them to being purchased by self publishing myself soon as well as sending away my manuscripts to get published. I currently have 3 completed books available online.
TRUE Series:
1) True Bliss - Book 1: Joel is your friend growing up. He is everything you need. He's complicated, mysterious and so hot. Love is blissful. Here is my story of True Bliss.

2) Truly Undercover - Book 2: You’re a nightclub dancer. Jack has become a regular. He’s always there watching and waiting for you, but he feels safe. Little do you know he’s undercover and needs your help. Can you help him solve the case and not loose your heart?

Start of a sequel:
1) Love In Quarantine: There’s a deadly virus spreading throughout the world. Your family is being contained on a cruise ship and so is Hank’s. Can you both put your differences aside to get to them in time?

I have many more books I am looking at putting in motion as I’m not stopping here! So if you are looking for these types of romance books than follow me on here and go to Instagram or Twitter for updated information.

Amy Turing | 2 comments Hey guys! I wanted to ask the more experienced ones for an advice. Recently I’ve found on Amazon this book - The Priest’s Confession by Rosemary Lacroix. It is still in pre-order phase but I’ve find the official website and wow! I think it really engages as there is some free stuff available there 🤩. What do you guys think? Do you know the author from any previous work? I don’t know but I’ve got the free feeling that this might be the next bestseller hehe.

message 29: by Jane (PS), Moderator (new)

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments Hi Amy - apologies, I don't know this author. Hope you enjoy the book once it publishes!
