with this, as I have become quite interested in this era after reading
. If you haven't read these, I can recommend them.
Hello, I'm currently reading The Mysterious Mr. Quin by Agatha Christie.
It's a short story collection featuring the dark and mysterious Mr. Harley Quin and fussy little Mr. Satterthwaite.

I am going to have to chase this one up Jennifer, as I have only recently heard of it and have not yet come across it anywhere.
I recently finished reading Thirteen Guests: A British Library Crime Classic
which I really enjoyed. Here is my review https://www.goodreads.com/review/show....I enjoyed it far more than the previous book I read by the same author.
I am reading Some Very English Murders by Issy Brooke. I am enjoying the series on the 3rd Small Town Suspicions! I love that the character (Penny) has a huge rottweiler (Kali) for a side kick!
I am currently reading Billionaire Blend (Coffeehouse Mystery, #13) by Cleo Coyle. The series is fabulous!!! If you like cozy mysteries you will definitely love the Coffeehouse Mystery series!!!
Currently reading "Dying to Get Published (Jennifer Marsh 1)" by Judy Fitzwater. it's free on Kindle.
Just read Christmas Caramel Murder by Joanne Fluke. It was a very quick and easy read (more like a novella in length - with many recipes taking up space in a very small book). A few of the recipes sounded intriguing enough that I may attempt to make them (especially the Orange Raisin Cake, except like another reviewer suggested I just might decide to substitute craisins for the raisins). These Hannah Swenson books always leave me hungry for more (but especially sweet treats)! Yum!
Candace wrote: "I am reading From The Grounds Up by Sandra Balzo. Anyone else read her series?"I am reading Murder At Hawthorn Cottage, an English cozy.
I am not reading a cozy at the moment. I am reading The Librarian of Auschwitz. As soon as I finish I will be starting Death is Like a Box of Chocolates by Kathy Aarons.
I have been reading the Aunty Lee's Singaporean mysteries and G. M. Malliet's St. Just mysteries (she also writes the excellent Max Tudor mysteries). Wow, other readers' posts to this discussion topic has given me many new additions to my to-be-read list. Thanks!
I am reading "The Crime Coast" by Elizabeth Gill, which was written in the 1930s, and is very evocative of the period.
Reading the "Bought the Farm" cozy mystery series by Ellen Riggs! It is hilarious and such a wonderful stress relief or just plain enjoyable (if you don't need to relieve stress!). It's one of those sweet series that the reader really hates to see end! Anyone else read it? Have recommendations for reading once i finish it and go into withdrawals?
