hey hey hey Celeste"
Hey, hey, Milena! How goes it?

Hey am name I just joined this group last night. Am also a teen and I am in love with the Alley Carter series and I wanted to say welcome.

I'm a teen too, I'm (almost...) 15 and I'm going to be a Sophomore when the year starts.
Hey Amy!! I haven't read anything by Alley Carter yet, but I'm planning to read my very first novel by her in July :)

Glad to hear it! Thanks for responding haha i didn't know if anyone would! Are there any other books that you love that you think I should read? I'm always looking for recommendations! (:

Haha perhaps I will check some of those out they look pretty cool! I have read the Alex Rider series but that was a long time ago! I LOVE Percy Jackson too! If you can't get those books, you should attempt to request them at your library because they're worth it!

Hi there! I noticed you love The Mortal Instruments... Have you read The Infernal Devices?? Cassandra Clare is an awesome author, and I think both of those series are Fantastic!!

More that are unlike Hunger games: Ali's Pretty Little Lies, House of Night series, Harry Potter series, The Running Dream, and then I probably have more that I could come up with but I don't want to write a gigantic list

Ohhhhh that's a bummer! Without my local library I would definitely die!! You like the walking dead? Do you watch the show??

Wow! I also love the Walking Dead! I think it's pretty cool that you found that book at a flea market. I've always wanted to go to a place like that where I can just browse a whole bunch of books. Usually I head to the local antique mall and come home with a ton of books! I have never read the Inkheart trilogy though:(

Yes, I did! All her books are amazing; the plotlines are fascinating and the characters are believable. I'm a huge fan of her writing.

It's great series if you can get past the fact that she has cliffhangers that make you want to scream and the fact that she switches points of view so often. But if you like suspense, Mortal Instruments is perfect :)

Hey Shannon! I've never heard of The Night Circus, but I love TID, Divergent and Hunger Games. If you're looking for a similar book, Delirium is one of my favorite dystopias :)
