I read both fiction and non-fiction. With fiction I read historical romances, some mainstream fiction, erotica, horror, fantasy, erotic romance, crime novels, historical novels, and some women's fiction. I'm very eclectic in my tastes for non-fiction, since I have a lot of different interests.
I'm a full-time veterinary technology student. In my spare time when I'm not reading textbooks or for pleasure I love to belly dance, cook, bead, travel and attend Renaissance faires.
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here and joining in the discussions.

I live in North Carolina, Nancy. You sure sound like a busy woman!

Yes! It was a lovely read! Initially I felt a little cross, because I did not expect this to be another one of his attacks on religion and so on. Being of a Christian faith myself, I was truly astounded at how a man on his deathbed absolutely denies faith right until his last breath. But then, he had hope. The later part of the book took a new shape altogether. And for me, it brought forth a sort of mini-epiphany, on how hope defers from faith and probably trumps it.

I love many types of books, but most of them have some sort of supernatural or fantasy element in them. Probably my favorite book is Carlos Ruiz Zafon's The Shadow of the Wind, but I have a soft spot for all the stories I read growing up that kept me searching for more and more books to devour.
Besides reading I also love traveling and my boyfriend has introduced me to cinema in a very new way. I also like being active. My name, Joz, is actually a nickname my boss gave me for a summer I worked in Barcelona, Spain.

My name is Farah from Indonesia.
I'm a humanities teacher and been in Goodreads since 2009.
I'm glad that I can find a group with interesting topics and friendly members to discuss about books :D

I want to be a psychologist. Currently I'm a makeup artiste and a photographer-in-training. I like to bake and do crafts(mostly making accessories from local fabrics)

I'm Sue and I live in Australia. An avid book reader, I can't remember ever not having books around and I love them still. Looking forward to being a part of this group. As I'm currently studying a Visual Arts degree I may be a fairly quiet member of the group. :)

My current "to be read" list has about 1600 titles on it and I add to it every time I log on here. My "unread" shelves at home have 73 books waiting for me. I use an e-reader, but mostly for reading in the middle of the night when I can't turn the light on. I love the look, smell and feel of paper books so as long as they're being printed I won't be giving them up.
My favourite genres are classics/fiction, travelogues and bio/autobio but I'll read just about anything that grabs my attention. I'm looking forward to discussing books with you.
Hello everyone! I'm Keith and I'm from New Jersey, US. I've always had a thing for reading, especially fantasy, but now I just can't stop reading! I currently also blog about writing and mechanics behind writing stories, so I'm reading anything in anything nonstop! Today, I just picked up a book and finished it within an hour and I have countless books on my "to be read" list, just like Diane. my favorite genres are High Fantasy, horror, fiction, and research. I know that may sound like an odd group, but I always find myself reading in those categories. I look forward to discuss books with everyone here!

My name is Robyn and I am currently living in Texas. I think of myself as an aspiring constant reader. Sadly work, school and toddlers get in the way : )
As far as book genres go I really enjoy reading any and all books. Recently I have been wanting to read more classics and after poking around a bit on this group I realized this was exactly what I needed to get me started on that journey.
Looking forward to meeting new booklovers and finding some great new books to add to my shelf.

I'm Gracey, a nurse and booklover from Philippines. I'm new on Goodreads and I already find this addictive. Reading book reviews from different people with wide-range of knowledge in literature is quite overwhelming yet motivating, since I'm a frustrated writer. =) I look forward to making new friends who can impart their knowledge and help me become a good critic and a good writer. I love to learn a lot and I want to have new friends from different cultures. =)

My name is Cindy. I am a Mother of three wonderful children, grown with 1 grandchild, Aiden, whom is my pride and joy, along with my children. I live in Tennessee with all of them and my boyfriend Keith. I love to read, watch true crime television shows, or any kind of crime shows, and do crafts such as crocheting and plastic canvas. I love the outdoors and love to camp and fish. I enjoy traveling to places I have never been.
I joined Goodreads about a month or so ago and was looking around on the site today for something new. I ran across the groups tab and your group "Constant Reader" caught my eye first. I read a little bit of something everyday and every night before going to bed. I catch myself reading 2 or 3 books at one time sometimes. I find that if they all have different story lines, that I am able to follow along with them fine. I kind of enjoy doing it because I don't get tired of one story line that way.
I joined your group also because I think it is going to be lots of fun reading and giving feedback or advice, or whatever you call it to all the other readers. Like you said in your orientation letter or something similar, reading is more fun if there is debates about it. It makes people more apt to read something that they may have never thought to read before. I read the list that is being read now and, to be honest, am not truly interested in any of them. But, how do I know what they are like if I don't read them, right? So, I am going to give it a try...
Well, have a great day all and "Happy Reading"...
