I can't wait for this book. I participated in a Q & A w/this author yesterday. She was really tight lipped about anything coming up in either series. I asked if she planned to write stories on all of Raphael's inner seven. She stated that she had not originally planned to write on any of them but "they were not happy with that". She did verify she will be writing one on Venom but does not know when. She stated she will probably be extending this series past the original 8 books she's contracted for but again no real details. She would sayin nothing on Heart of Obsidian. She stated she has inacted a "cone of silence" around anything to do with that book.
"Cone of Silence" WTH we need spoilers/teasers lol***sigh*** june right I guess I will just put ot out of my head **sigh**
Glad she's going past the original 8 books for Guild Hunters, that world deserves as many books as she can write. Not to mention those yummy Seven :DDDDDNot sure whether I want spoilers for Heart of Obsidian or not?????? LOL

So wait who do you think is going to be the main character in Heart of Obsidian?I think Kaleb ...but then I was hoping he would be the ghost...Vasic - perhaps...Oh what if it is a new character like the guy from WindHaven Adam or Greg I think was his name?
Anyway we have had a lot of shifter stories I wonder if it is time for a Psy to have their match.
I hope it is Kaleb's book and that he is the ghost. There is only so much I can take with all the hints and innuendo...

I've just signed a contract to write a trilogy about, wait for it, were-rabbits! We're all super excited about it, and I can't wait to share the first book with you. The idea just came to me one day, and at first I was a bit leery, because you know, it was about rabbits, but then the leader of the rabbit Hutch (that's what they call themselves) walked into my brain, and wow, I couldn't stop writing. He was just so gorgeous with his silky black fur, long, lovely ears and wonderful teeth. How could I NOT give him a story?!
It was like the Hutch took over my brain. I wrote and wrote, snacking on lettuce and carrots the entire time. Not only did I lose tons of weight (yay!), I ended up with an amazing book that led to a bidding war among publishers. It's been such an incredible ride! I hope you'll all come along for it with me when the first book releases in a few months. :-)
p.s. You should probably know that today is April 1st in New Zealand :D

I posted some information about the next Guild Hunter book on Facebook and thought I'd share it here as well. :-)
The book will feature Ash and Janvier from "Angels' Pawn" as main characters, but it will also feature Elena and Raphael (after the events in "Archangel's Legion", they have a lot to deal with!).
This is a tightly connected world and group of characters, so we're also going to see most of the usual suspects, including the hunters and many of the Seven (Naasir, too ;-)).
Okay, that's what I have for you so far. More info to come a bit closer to the release - which, by the way, is currently scheduled for the end of October. That's a tentative date, so it could move. Specific date to come later in the year.
