Tiramisu - it's chocolate and coffee flavoured and creamy. It's mouse and ladyfingers (fancy cookies) and it's very fancy and delicious.

Creme brulee - it's a fancy custard with a sugar shell on top - when you eat it you have to crack through the sugar-glass ceiling. It's delightful.

Chocolate ganache cake - this is really quite easy. Just melt some dark chocolate in some cream and you have the most delicious and decadent frosting for a cake. It is glossy and beautiful- you pour it on and it looks like the cake was just dipped in chocolate - very smooth and shiny.

Bananas foster crepes- this bananas and ice cream in a crepe. The bananas are cooked with butter and brown sugar and served flambe (on fire) with cold ice cream in a crepe.
