Angee Wentz (angee_wentz) Hey everyone! I decided that I wanted to do an A through Z Book Challenge to widen my reading range. That means I have to complete (on average) one book every two weeks to complete this by the end of this year. I thought I would share this idea with you, thinking it would be fun to do with someone else. I will cross them out as I read them.

Rules
1: Choose one book title per letter ('A' and 'The' don't count - for example, "The Boy Next Door" would go under 'B')
2: You can include books you've read, but they have to have been read since January 1, 2009.
3: You can't use the same book twice or a book from the same series under two separate letters (ex: If I chose Twilight under 'T', I couldn't use New Moon under 'N', or Eclipse under 'E', etc.)
4: If you cannot find a book you want to read for Q, V, X, Y, or Z (because there are a select few), then find a book title with one of those letters in it

Here's my list
A: Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
B: Blue Noon (Midnighters series) by Scott Westerfeld (2/8/09)
C: A Countess Below Stairs by Eva Ibbotson (3/14/09)
D: Dreamhunter by Elizabeth Knox
E: Envy A Luxe Novel (The Luxe series) by Anna Godbersen (2/27/09)
F: The Five Love Languages How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate by Gary Chapman
G: The Girl Who Could Fly by Victoria Forester
H: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
I: I Capture the Castle by Dodie Smith
J: Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
K: Keturah and Lord Death by Martine Leavitt (3/11/09)
L: Love the One You're With by Emily Giffin
M: Magic Study by Maria Snyder
N: Nights in Rodanthe by Nicholas Sparks
O: Outlander by Diana Gabaldon
P: Picture Perfect by Jodi Picoult
Q: Queen of Babble by Meg Cabot
R: Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella (3/18/09)
S: Shadowland by Meg Cabot
T: The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger (2/8/09)
U: Uglies (Uglies series) by Scott Westerfeld (2/12/09)
V: Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr
W: Wicked The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire
X: The Boy Next Door by Meg Cabot
Y: The Little Lady Agency by Hester Browne (3/22/09)
Z: Jessica Z. by Shawn Klomparens

I have a lot more books ill read for sure, but I knew this would push me to try different genres. I don't know if I could read another vampire book after twilight.

Emma (emmascout) I have a small question. How does The Boy Next door go under 'x'?

Because there aren't any books that start with X that I can find besides like one, and I'm SO not interested in reading it, so as the rules state (which I took from someone else's A to Z challenge): "*If you cannot find a book you want to read for Q, V, X, Y, or Z (because there are a select few), then find a book title with one of those letters in it". Next.

Laura (schill27) Magic Study is a fantastic book (the first of 3 in a series). The author also has a new series coming out next month that I am looking forward to reading as well.

Your list idea is great by the way!
