I only read 15 books and 2 short stories in 2012 so the first four are 5 star reads and I'll list the top six from my 4 star reads:

#11 is Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn (good but very overrated)

The two short stories that I read were 5 star reads but I didn't think they should be part of my top 10:
