I really enjoyed reading this book. It was very hard for me to put down. The story was amazingly told and I felt like I was walking right next to Clay when he was listening to those tapes. I was just curious about what will happen after the tapes reach everyone else on the list? How will hearing Hannah's story effect the teacher? I was so exciting to read.

Thank you Alyssia, I really enjoyed it and was actually a little upset when it ended.

The characters, they are interesting and compelling. The story was well written, making it difficult to put down. I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Apart From Love" and recommend it.

message 290: by Tracy (new)

Tracy (tracyface) Finished Shadow of Night... I really enjoyed it, but it was a little slow going at first. I had the same problem with the first one, too. There are A LOT of characters to keep up with in this one, some of which don't seem really relevant to the story... maybe it's just preparation for the third book? Anyhow, I enjoyed it in spite of that, and I'm excited to see how the story ends in the third book, whenever that comes out! Thanks for the pick, Iris!

message 291: by NayNay (new)

NayNay Just finished The Eternal Ones (Eternal Ones, #1) by Kirsten Miller (it was a second choice I decided to read)

I just did not like the book, the character development was poor, and the book was just bogged down with way too much description. I was really looking forward to reading this one, sadly I giving it a 2 star.

Hi Leigh.

I just finished The Hunger Games and I can see why people have been raving over it. I gave it 5 stars and I'm still reeling - pleasantly - from the reading of the book. It got me totally absorbed, to the point where I found myself getting so lost in the book it almost became reality for me. I'm not normally a big fan of YA books but this read more like an adult book rather than a YA one.

Now all I need is another book to read for this month for this challenge.
