Just to let u ladies know go to Amazon.com look up ur book click on the pic of ur book. It has a item search in the book on the right side. That's what I do for my paperback books. I'm reading
The problem with Amazon is they don't have the look inside function for everything. I tried to check for Melissa earlier too and it wouldn't let me. Are you re-reading Dusty? I thought you were farther in that series. It's my favorite of the series.
No I finish the Riley Jensen books in ur box an now on this one. I've been reading in my kindle lately. Making my self read yours so I can give them back.

Dusty > tried it ~ no preview on Amazon or google books. I don't have the book on my nook it is a paperback. That was why I was asking if anyone had it in ebook form that they could check. No worries. Appears from what Zina found out it wouldn't work for me :(

This is the first I've read of Melissa Mayhue. I really enjoyed the story. It was a little predictible. nodern girl swept back in time to fall in love with a highland warrior. I thought I knew how it would end, but the ending surprised me just a bit.

I do believe this is the first I have read by this author. The main character and her family that this revolves around are all just a little nutty ~ ends up being in a good way. A predictable love story but I did find a new phrase that just cracks me up Holy testicle Tuesday! just try saying that three times fast,lol.

Review:
This is the first book that I have read by this author. Was a great read. Detective john Corey is a character that you hate at times, want to slap his face, sit and have a beer with. He is so sarcastic and a wise ass. Love him!
Basically the story is about these scientist that work on this island off the coast of New York that does research about animal diseases. They were murdered and it was supposed that they were killed because they were selling anthrax to foreign governments. Thats not why they were killed. Was very entertaining read. Lots of history of the area and legends. Will definitely read more of his novels.

I'm really liking this series so far. This one had me with a vampire who when get mad or hurt turns in to a dragon an attackes everyone around friend or foe. Tell he meets his life mate. Can't wait to read the next one, hope next item is in it.

Slammed was a 5 star read for me. I absolutely fell in love with the book. Colleen Hoover created wonderful characters that you can't help but fall in love with. I love the writing style of the author which was really powerful and made you feel for the characters and everything they were going through but what made the book truly special was the slam poetry which added soul to the book.

Tie: pg 77 - The color of his tie matches his green eyes perfectly, making them hard to look away from.
Sky: pg 15 - I'm flat on my back, staring up at the clear blue sky
Toe: pg 77 - I step on the heel of my boot with my toe and kick it off in the entry,....
Snow: pg 15 - I quickly drop the snow and dry my hands on my sweatshirt as I head toward the jeep.

right now as well since you probably will want to start reading that one straight after you've finished with Slammed.
Dusy hope you are feeling better. Yesterday was the first day in a long time where i didnt even read. Couldnt concentrate. Feeling much better but still not 100%.Dawn did you get to use the phrase?
Hope next item called works for next book i want to read. Only a few more hours.
Nikita - thanks for posting the point request!! I'm going to have to see if I can get to Slammed next month. I already have it and the next one downloaded onto my nook. Dusty - Lover Eternal is one of my favorties of the BDB series. I can always do a re-read of that one.
I got most of the series from my sis an trying to finish some be for I go see her after Christmas. Loving it, not sure if I will give back thou. I'm filling a lot better not 100% yet. Come on Dawn need that item now.
The waiting is the hardest part,lolwe are such kids......

That's great that you can stay in touch on here!! That has to be hard with her so far away but it would be an incredible place to visit I bet!!

The only appropriate time I thought about using it would have been to the 3 year old and it would have been lost so no I did not use the phrase. :(
