Silver narrowed her eyes. "So I'm the problem!?" She scoffed.

" of course not.. Your only 0 percent if the problem" shadow was surprised she said that.
Silver rolled her eyes. "Don't gush with me, Shadow, I know I'm a pawful." She admitted with a chuckle.
" I wasn't" shadow looked away. " I was talking about me"
Silver breathed out deeply. "How?"
" I see myself in the river.. Only seeing a best up wolf who had years of hardship, and I convinced myslef that no one is ever attached to me. Because of you I am and my past."
Silver blinked her confusion. "Wait.....are you telling me you don't want someone attached to you??"
" no.. I am saying nobody has ever been attached to me so it makes you start to think what's wrong with you"
Silver fought back the growl rising in the back of her throat. "There's alot wrong with me, but if caring is such a "problem", then I ain't gonna stick around."
" it's not a problem.. I am just confused if you like me or not"
"Of course I like you! You think I'm following you around for no reason?" Silver challenged, though amusement gleamed in her eyes.
" like me as a friend?" Shadow tilted his head. " because I've never had one of those either"
"Of course." Silver sighed. "Neither."
" then I for once don't know what to do" shadow said

" you were right.. You are a pawful.. Maybe four pawsfulls."

Silver chuckled. "I honestly don't know whether you mean that playfully or of you're being a genuine jerk."
" probably both" shadow smiled, " I don't try to be a jerk to you"
Silver's gaze softened. "So.......does this mean.....?" She looked away awkwardly.
" mean that I like you more than a friend.. Yes"
Silver chuckled. "I gathered." She admitted, nudging him playfully.
" well I was hoping you could tell" shadow smiled
" but I can't tell about you" shadow pawed at her face.
Silver batted his paw away with a giggle. "Guess!" She teased.
" how does hate sound?" Shadow tilted his head
Silver laughed. "Oh trust me, you'd KNOW if I hated you."
" then what is it" shadow pawed at her face again.
Silver rolled her eyes. "I like you alot, okay?" She growled, pawing his face back.
" I don't know if that is ok" shadow smiled jokingly. Nudging her with his muzzle
Silver nozzled him back and smiled. "It'll have to be."
" I just don't know if you mean that" shadow licked behind the ear.
Silver looked down, her ear twitched. "I don't know either." She admitted. "I mean, I'm not exactly social."
" I am not either" shadow laid down and looked up at her eyes
Silver lay down on her stomach and looked at him. "At least you even see other wolves."
" not for the past 8 years" shadow tried to cheer her up.
" is there anyway I can cheer you up?"
The grey she-wolf chuckled and leaned on him gently. "Don't give me a reason to hate you, and I'll be happy."
" would flirting with other girls be one of those?" Shadow laughed with her.
Silver laughed. "Maybe." She said with a shrug.
" well it's ok.. I wouldn't anyway" shadow smiled at her
Her ear flicked. "I didn't think so."
Shadow looked at her ear, then at her eyes. " do you want to stay here for the night?"
Silver wagged her tail. "Y-yes." She agreed with a smile. "That's a great idea, it's not like I have somewhere else to be." She added with a chuckle.
" ok.. Then why don't you go back and I'll go find us some dinner"
Silver raised an eyebrow. "Okay, if you want to hunt alone."
Shadow smiled and thought for a moment, " uhhh.. Come on" he walked in the other direction.
Silver giggled to herself and trotted after him.
" what would you like to eat?" Shadow looked at her.
