Where are u using it SRC?
my task ;) I remembered that my mom introduced me to my love of romance and handed me my first erotic romance when I was like 15 (lol!) and LJ is a common author that she, I and my sisters all enjoy - so I think it works
Finished my second pifm Blaze of Memory. Very slow start but I eventually got hooked in the end. I swear I'm only continuing this series to get to Sienna and Hawke....

I'm glad you liked it! :)
Fran ~ just finished my third pick and second buddy read
and ended up really enjoying it. Wasn't too sure in the begining but it grew on me. Thanks for the rec!! Off to start
1. Release Date (within the last six months) Rapture I've read this series on audiobook, which has a fantastic narrator Eric G. Dove! I've yet to listen to this one, but it's on my TBR list.Well I finished another book from my list, and it was good. A good edition to the Fallen Angel series, gave it 4 stars.
Thanx Shell

Glad you liked it. I actually picked up the audiobook from the library. I'm hoping to begin it sometime after the holidays.

You ladies are seriously enablers of the first order. I just joined SRC and I'm reading the rules quite anxiously. It's massive.....In other news, I've finished my third pick, Causing Havoc. It was a slow starter but turned out pretty good. I am definitely continuing the series!

I finished Eon last night. It would have been sooner, but it was a little big to carry back and forth to work on the bus.
The beginning really drew me in and I was eager to continue, but somewhere in the middle I found myself wishing the pace would pick up a little. It finally did and I couldn't put the book down until I finished. I really want to know what happens next and I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for the second book.
I finished Game for Anything late last night (or more accurately, early this morning), and I loved it! Thanks for reading it with me and for all the great recommendations this month, Sassafrass!

Really glad to know that you enjoyed it! Maybe one day I'll try it on :D
I love all these SRC newbies ;) I would say just jump in - get your name set up - and start posting - because there are 20 point tasks each season - that are essentially drawn out of a hat - as long as you have 100 points on the board (I think)

I just joined the SRC as well since I heard everyone talking about it. I will admit that it is very intimidating. Just reading through the rules and the tasks is like reading a small book. I need to figure out where to start...

Ok, MountainKatHere's what I've read so far:
--I wasn't too fond of Eva and her neediness in this one but they really pulled it out for me in the end.
--ABSOLUTELY FREAKIN' AMAZING!!!! AMAZING!!!!
--Sorry, I couldn't wait. This one was quite the surprise...who knew Gavin had it in him! I also finished my BR -
which was great. I'll definitely continue with that series.I need some "comfort food" so to speak so now I've on to
Here's what's still left to read:

Lexa, if I recall correctly, #8 is one of my favorites because it was heavy on Ranger. I can always use more Ranger! :-)
Sassafrass! You are rocking it this month! I'm glad you are enjoying your picks! =)If you want to do a buddy read of Holiday Kink, I'm game - picked up the book earlier this month. I don't think I am free though until the end of this week, maybe Thursday, or the right after Christmas. We have a house full from Sunday until Wednesday morning!

MK, just let me know. I'm down for whenever. It's a short book, so it won't be hard to squeeze in for me. :)
Sassafrass wrote: "MK, just let me know. I'm down for whenever. It's a short book, so it won't be hard to squeeze in for me. :) "OK! =) And short is good for me, especially this month!
I read
and it was a short cute little book! The dialogue was funny and I enjoyed the main characters even though the scenario was a stretch to the imagination. But it was good, I gave it 4 stars!
Hi Dee, I finished two more picks - My Kind of Christmas, super sweet comfort food, and Gone Country, another great book in the Rough Rider series! Gone Country was sort of a buddy read with Sassafrass and Dee, but it looks like we are all reading at different times... You were right Sassafrass - so good!!I hope to fit in another buddy read with Sassafrass and another pick from Dee too!
I finished two more picks - My Kind of Christmas and Seduction and Snacks, which was a buddy read with Sassafrass and maybe a few others. I enjoyed it and will definitely read the rest of the series, but the humor did get a little old for me by the end of the book. I guess it's a good thing that it looks like the second book is about 20% shorter - should be just about perfect! :D Thanks for the picks and the buddy read, Sassafrass - I'm hoping to get through another pick or two before the end of the month!
OK finished my first book prisenor of desire great book give it a 4 star. not sure which pick to read next yet. sorry its been crazy around here, but thanks to me reading the posts here about SRC n now I'm going to check it out. I must say the last few months I've been a member I truly love it. now to just get caught up on my picks n read and add my books I've been reading
Hey everyone- Please stop by Ask An Author, Win A Book Corner today and tomorrow and give a warm welcome to author Lisa Kessler.Ask her a question about her highly rated paranormal series and you could win one of four ebooks she is generously giving away.
I just finished my third pick:
and enjoyed it a lot! Thanks Karen for the great picks! I haven't read as many books for a PIFM in a long time. ;)
Ok, I just finished
today. I liked it and added the next one to my list of books to read. I gave it 4 stars since I couldn't put it down and finished it quicker than I finish most books. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought it was a little cheesy. It was definitely HOT though.I also tried reading
this month. I really didn't like it and couldn't finish it. I got it as a free book from Amazon, so I'm not too disappointed.I have
from the library and I'm looking forward to starting that one next.
