I'm curious what people think Gideon is still hiding. I'm talking about the scene where Eva confronts him in his office after she sees Corrine leaving looking all mussed up and the office is messed and Gideon just showered and has lipstick on his shirt. Later when he phones Eva, he tells her that she is asking the wrong questions. So... what do you suppose happened?
Update: I was going under the assumption that Nathan didn't go to see Gideon until two days later, but reading these posts and Sylvia's I now understand that he visited with Gideon twice. Thanks for all the answers and info.

I have been wondering the same thing. Maybe he was starting the outward appearance that he was rekindling with Corrine. I hope it is addressed in the next one.
It was Nathan blood on his shirt but Gideon from I think he going let her think otherwise too save her from the truth as too what happen.

Maybe it is as innocent as he spilled red wine on his shirt. As much as i don't want to admit Corrine being there could be entirely by coincidence however i highly doubt that. She probably saw Eva and wanted to make her (if it is even possible) more insecure.
1) What happened when Eva went to Gideon's office and found him fresh from a shower?

the corrine thing doesn't throw me anymore since i've figured that out. i just really want to get to the bottom of his past - and figure out how they can move on from it. if Eva's asking the wrong questions and not really figuring it out then there has to be something there since she's clearly really smart. i wonder if there's someone else who knows? i also wonder what the deal is with his many women who just love him....there's always a few hanger ons in these stories so it'll be interesting to see in EWY what happens to all that.
Is it really that plausible to confuse a lipstick stain and a blood stain though? Blood soaks into the fabric and turns darker after it starts to dry. Lipstick doesn't do that.
Nathan was there to see Gideon not Corrine... its not lipstick but Nathan's blood.
