Grace (sweetiepie1000) Yes please tell me more

Kim-Lost-In-A-Book I remembered some books I'd read a few years ago that some of you may like. They are by Robin Jones Gunn and they are the "sisterchicks" series. She's a christian lit writer and these books are great. They are about adventures that friends go on all over the world. Fun series, and you can read them in no particular order.

PS Would it be very bold to recommend books I've written? They are all set in Ireland....

Kim-Lost-In-A-Book Tina, I've been debating reading "Bringing up the Bodies" for a while... it's good you say?

Hi Kim-I really loved Wolf Hall: the story, the prose. I didn't think that "Bodies" deserved the Booker as much as "Wolf Hall" did ,but I enjoyed it all the same. It was mainly because I wanted to read the rest of the story (which was fascinating as the first). I look forward to the next book. The evolution of all the characters is masterful ( Cromwell, Anne B and Henry) in both novels.

Kim-Lost-In-A-Book ah okay so Wolf Hall is the first book and Bringing Up the Bodies is the 2nd? I didn't realize it was a series. Good to know :-)
