Hello guys! I'm Jho! To say that I love reading is probably an understatement ^_^ I'm so in love with reading that I'm willing to read just about anything [except those that makes me fall asleep five min into it].

Been trying to add the books that I've read but it's giving me a headache so I stopped :D I can easily say that I've read hundreds and hundreds of books...but still, it isn't enough ^_^ So, here's to reading! Cheers!

Hi everyone! I'm Nini. :) I am currently working as an Ed Asst., though I am so so so busy I still find time to read and I'm about to finish Dance Dance Dance by Haruki Murakami. Well, I read a lot, anything and everything under the sun. I especially like the works of Milan Kundera, Haruki Murakami, Ha Jin, Malcolm Gladwell, Margaret Atwood, Franz Zafra, our very own Norman Wilwayco and many more. I also love and enjoy reading manga and magazine(Cosmo, FHM). So there, nice to be a part of this group. Thank you. :)

Hello po sa lahat. First post ko po ito, medyo shy kasi ako. I find it more entertaining to read what people think rather than letting other know my opinion. Besides, I'm here in Dubai with mt hubby. Sayang, inggit lang ako sa meet up niyo nong July kasi nabasa ko yun.

When I was in high school I used to read a lot (some were not appropriate for my age). Now that I am in Dubai, I have discovered ebooks. I like the ebook reader format better coz I have ZX REader on my phone. So wherever I am I get to read. Lately, I read the Hunger Games series. Very entertaining and engaging, you won't be able to put it down coz you'll want to know what happens next.. Anyways, yun lang po..

I'm glad that you enjoyed reading The Hunger Games, why not try Divergent by Veronica Roth. There are few similarities in the book and I know some of the readers said that the book don't have any similarities at all, so it is up to you to decide. Hehe. Sweet reads!

Hi Kwesi, thanks for adding me as a friend and for your suggestion. I will definitely look it up. To be honest with you, the reason I joined GR is to see the ratings. I really hate wasting my time when I find out a book is not to my liking. It's been quite awhile since I read something which I really enjoyed.
Lately I have been crazy updating my Calibre Library. Are we allowed to swap ebooks if ever it is possible with other members?

I also use Calibre as part of my e-reader collection (I'm kind of weird collecting e-reader, haha) and it is easy to use compare to any e-reader I got before I convert myself. I think sharing e-book that are authorized are illegally shared online and most of the members here done it, in fact, I sometimes do such illegal act. Feel free to share it, nobody will kill you or ban you if you share those e-books. In fact, I just discovered that you are a YA reader and most of the readers here love YA, you are always welcome!

I agree, I don't like to waste my money and time by reading bad books but I don't have a choice. I'm not a picky reader and I love exploring new genres and books, so I always discard ratings sometimes. Hehe. I can't wait to read some of your reviews here.

I'm afraid I'm not very eloquent, hehe, can't find the words sometimes..If you read my reviews, they are sadly lacking but I will try to be better at it(thanks for the encouragement!)BTW, I just got a copy of Divergent, can't wait to read it! Got a lot of books in YA (ebook format). If ever someone is looking for something particular, maybe I can help if I have it..
