I'm marie, 21 (ugh almost 22..hah!) i've been a member of GR since dec2010. I'm not really into reading pero nung mga panahong tambay ako and still waiting for the board exam results, I started reading books and viola! I was hooked!

Best way to describe me? I've always been a reader. Never in my entire life did I ever dream of becoming a writer. I hate making reviews, even book reports at school. haha. I just copy-paste from the net! hahaha. (ok. that was stupid.) Some says once you started writing, you'll be surprised and soon realized that there's really fun in writing. so now, i'm thinking about writing. Irony, isn't it?


ok. back to books.
The first one I've read was Hush Hush and Crescendo by Becca Fitzpatrick. Then there's the Fallen series by Lauren Kate, the Mortal Instruments, AngelFire by
Courtney Allison Moulton and so on.

did you just see the common denominator?
ANGELS! i've always been fascinated with angels since i was a kid. i really, really didn't noticed it before. not until my friend just made a comment on my fb page saying most of the books i've read was angel related. haha. How ridiculous of me.

anyway, i'm reading YA fiction, fantasy. Actually anything na maisipan ko basta maganda ang reviews and comments sa book. and ofcourse a little bit of vampires but never about werewolves. i don't like it, dunno why. haha

i was invited to this group by kim and tricia, who are, btw, my schoolmate/buddy/friend/workbuddy. haha

so that's it. i hope that went well. i just gave you my biography?? haha. Hope to make new friends here. :D

Hi! I'm a newbie. The only Filipino author na gusto ko ay si Bob Ong. I don't like Zafra's cynicism & pessimism. I guess I have had enough of my own. I'm into a lot of reads. Don't have a specific genre. But my constant authors are John Grisham, Ayn Rand, Stieg Larsson (if he was alive, I'll be hunting all his future writings), P.C. Cast, Cassandra Clare, Mary Clark Higgins. The only Twilight saga that I have read is The Breaking Dawn, and I was stuck painfully reading till the last page. I think amazing books make good movies such as The Green Mile, Millenium Trilogy (swedish version), John Grisham novels. Too bad, The Other Boleyn Girl movie is a trash compared to Philippa Gregory's novel...feel free to add me up as a friend, as you can see, I don't have any yet..I would love to check out what you are reading. =)
