@KD may training po kasi ako sa Red Cross, di po ako natanggap dun sa call center na inapplyan ko. Actually di kasi ako familiar sa mga terms nung call center kasi dapat ang inapplyan ko Customer Service Representative ang napplyan ko Technical Service Representative, magkaiba pala yun. Dun sa inapplyan ko dapat marunong ka magtroubleshoot ng computer haaaaay. Pero blessing in disguise na rin na di ako natanggap kasi I have the time para mag attend nung training sa Red Cross.

Regards niyo na lang po ako sa kanila, next time po sana makaattend ako. ^^
