Hey everyone! I'm William, a hopeless college senior taking up multi-media and I also do freelance web design on the side.

Most of the time I read anything that piques my interest, but I tend to lean more towards titles with existential themes and works from the Romantic Era. In my spare time I enjoy searching for obscure books and reading Philosophy for fun.

I'm relatively new to Goodreads but upon signing up I found myself inexorably hooked! My sister who is an incoming highschool sophomore loves the site as well.

Aside from reading I also enjoy listening to music, watching films and riding my bike around the city.

Hi guys!

I'm Dianne, 23 years old, a registered nurse. I've always wanted to sign up in GR but have been too busy--until now, that is.

After I had a major episode of quarterlife crisis, I shocked everyone by resigning from my hospital job and announcing that I was going back to school... to pursue the career I truly wanted. God knows how misplaced I felt when I was working.=/

All that happened just last week. O diba, ang bilis ng pangyayari, parang Dan Brown novel! Well, Leisure Time has been an estranged friend of mine. So when I realized that I actually have a lot of it in my hands before the opening of the school year this June, I decided to catch up on my reading.

I read pretty much anything but my heart has a special spot for mystery thrillers, historical fiction, graphic novels and sci fi. How did I come to enjoy reading? Simple: I lucked out: my mother's a librarian. :-) And since we didn't have a TV set when I was a kid, my only form of entertainment were the books my mother would bring home for me.

Outside of books, I play the bass guitar and eat (a lot!).

Nakakatuwa na may Pinoy group dito. Salamat po sa opportunity na makasali sa 'Filipinos' Group! :D

Hi! :) I'm Jenny, I'm William's younger sister and I'm also new to GoodReads. My brother said that everyone in the Filipinos group is really nice so I wanted to join too!

I love to read, whenever and wherever. I finished the whole Nancy Drew series (64 of them!) when I was 13, hehe. I'm into thrillers (John Grisham's), prolly because of watching too much CSI. And I love classics! I also like to read chick-lit and books for young adults. Now, though, I'm trying different genres and exploring the ginormous world of books. :D

Apart from reading, I also like to dance and going on roadtrips. :)

Haha. The first time I tried, I drove straight into a canal and my foot slipped into muddy water, traumatic. haha!

@Mikha, that's ok, hs ka pa lang pala, eh ako senior in college na. You still have lots of time to learn how to drive. :)
