I love love love Sputnik hehe, try mo din yung Norwegian Wood (a good guy friend of mine read it and liked it as well, binlog pa nga nya eh), South of The Border is good din. But ang 1st Murakami read ko is Norwegian Wood, iba ang effect (at least to me), poignant and at some point a little melancholic in a good way, like grey skies and heavy rains for days on end.

hi twisted moe! Norwegian wood will be made into a movie. i don't know it's release date though. i've watched the movie version of Toni Takitani, it's a short story from Elephant vanishes. like always, the story is better than the screenplay, nevertheless, i liked the movie.

@Ranee: yup, last year nabasa ko sha sa imdb, i think Dec 2010 pa sha i-rerelease sa Japan. Ang kilala ko lang sa cast is Rinko Kikuchi (as Naoko), i loved her in Babel, Babel is one of my favorite films, galing naman kasi nya dun, hence, the academy awards best supporting actress nomination. can't wait for the film,i hope she'd do great as Naoko, sana Dec na. ;)
