I think that movie has some very significant things to say about homosexuality, particularly here in the Philippines, though it was minimally tackled/skimmed over in Zombadings.
Still, it's a funny movie—in some parts, I think.

JL: The next meet up will be in December. Not sure whether it will be the 10th or the 17th. No decision yet. But it is a whole day affair.

We might as well push through with last year's plan of potluck and to do it at UP Sunken Garden. Weather permitting.

Niccolo: There are many cheap inns around. Google, newspaper ads or... check the yellow pages (very 80s ha ha). When we go to Ilo-ilo or Baguio, even if we have relatives there, my family just rents a hotel room and retire there at night. Not that my relatives are not accommodating but we don't want to bother them that much.

Lizette, pag English ang libro, gawing mong English ang rebyu. Pag tagalog, pede ring English (para maintindihan pa rin ng friends mong foreigners) kaso parang OA. Tagalog books, tagalog rebyu. Pede pa ngang Bisaya, Ilocano, atbp.

Dito sa Filipinos group, pedeng tagalog through and through kasi we are not expecting na magaabala pa silang pumunta at magbasa ng kung anu-ano rito ha ha.
