I love going to this bookstore in Cubao X. They sell books in half the prices. All the modern and classic ones are there. It's called Zeitgeist

Well, I basically just want to read more and better. :) I have lots of books, but I haven't really read many of them yet hehehe. So, I just want to read, read and read, and talk about the books I'm reading. I want to read them analytically and review them. My guide is this book by Motimer Adler called How to Read a Book: The Classic Guide to Intelligent Reading. It aims to teach you how to read intelligently, that is, actively and analytically. My ultimate goal is to read the great books in the history of Western literature, like the ones by Homer, Virgil, Dante, the Greek philosophers, Shakespeare, etc. But I also want to dive into contemporary literature and read popular books. :)

I also plan to read The Well-Educated Mind by Susan Wise Bauer and follow her suggestions.

So there. :)

I've been reading a lot lately, and this is good because I don't usually do this. Last night I finished Dostoyevsky's Notes From Underground, and the previous night I finished a thriller by Lee Child hehehe. What a combination! I am yet to finish C. S. Lewis's Mere Christianity and a book on logic.
