And the edition linked in 661 had been shelved by at least one user, which is why it wouldn't let you delete it (but would have allowed you to merge it). I got it.

Hello. Can this book please be deleted?I am actually the author, but this book isn't published, isn't for sale anywhere, and is on indefinite hold. There is no guarantee that it'll ever actually be published either. My publisher had added it to the GR library while it was in progress, but right now, for all intents and purposes, the book doesn't actually exist anywhere except for on my hard drive and does not have a release date in the foreseeable future.

Can one of the super librarians please delete the Flemish novel Een revolverschot http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16... as the book is mentioned twice.
I separated the book and tried deleting it, but although it has 0 ratings after separation, it still won't be deleted. (So in the end I combined it with the other edition again).
