Songs relating to books?

I listened to Without You by Usher and David Guetta before the Hunger Games movie came out, and since I read the book, I found that it either contrasted completely with it, or totally went with it. If you just listen to it, you'll see what I mean. Some parts are a match, some are the opposite.
Midnighters trilogy-"I Want To Hold Your Hand" by the Beatles!!
Harry Potter series-"A Little Help From My Friends" by the Beatles & "Green Eyes" by Coldplay.
Kiki Strike series-"Help I'm Alive" by Metric.

I just start to cry when I'm listening to the song, am I the only on?
You can listen to the music in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDQ6fZ...

I love that song too!And I agree with you that song describe PJO pretty well

But there are also songs that actually relate to the books I think of them with. Like, "Numb" by Linkin Park and "Radioactive" by Imagine Dragons both remind me of Truancy, too..
Also the song "They" by Jem reminds me a lot of the Lottery by Beth Goobie.
But I don't really have any songs that go with Percy Jackson or Harry Potter or some other ones :/ I guess I just can't find a song that matches the epicness :)

-Burn It Down by Linkin Park for The Last Olympian (or entire series)
(For those that read Scott Westerfeld's Midnighter's Series) - Shooting Star by Owl City
-(strangely) Teenage Dream by Katy Perry about The Scarlet Letter
*Guess who they're about!
