Hello, I recently put out a new edition of my book. It now has a new ISBN# and the old book edition is retired and no longer for sale. The new edition has a new cover as well. How can I get the cover changed since the old cover belongs to the old ISBN and is no longer available for sale? The new ISBN shows, but not the new cover.

Old ISBN:

Looking into 125. Looks like someone changed isbns and uploaded overwrote a cover photo--neither of which should ever happen.

I'm going to try and revert the changes before members notice a shelved isbn just disappeared off their shelves. And then I'll add the new edition with new isbn and cover.

Then the author can set primary/default/featured edition to which ever she likes.

That's because instead of adding a new edition, you edited a valid edition to become the new one. That is a big no-no, and I have reverted the changes.

Are you sure that this is the correct cover for ISBN 9783401013718? The publisher link you gave has a different ISBN.

I know there is another cover on my book, but I thought it´s the samew ISBN, so i couldn´t create a new edition:
The book on Goodreads says: ISBN13: 9783401013718
and the book on the link: ISBN 978-3-401-01371-8

A.D., adding a new edition works just like adding a new book. Might want to start a new thread in the appropriate folder if you need help with that process, as this thread is getting a bit confusing.

It helps if you can give us a link link to a cover image on the Kitchener library website or if you can upload a photo or scan of the book cover to your goodreads profile. We can use that. And we'll need to know what isbn because there are several editions and we'll want to match the right edition to the right bookcover.
