Whoa, looks like Daemon isn't the only one with anger management issues. I can't believe that Katy almost tossed Kimmy over the railing with her powers. Even if she wasn't doing it consciously. I just don't know why she didn't tell Daemon about it.

Daemon and Blake are in each other's faces again over Katy. Well, mostly Daemon, but whatevs.

The meeting with Ethan, the Luxen elder, was strained. I honestly thought that Katy's reaction to Daemon going out all night with Andrew, Dee, and Ash was excessive and childish. It made it look like she had attachment issues. I did like that Dawson and Katy got to spend a few minutes talking though. I wonder if he is the one that has come into her room while she was sleeping. She thought that it was Daemon both times, but he all but confirmed that it wasn't the first time. She thought that she was just dreaming but she smelled citrus the first time. Who smells of citrus? And then it happens again. I keep wondering if it was Blake or Dawson. I honestly don't know who else it could be? Will maybe, but that seems far-fetched.

Whoa, Dee totally punched Blake. Hardcore.

I am glad that Katy did well with the super-fast-alien-running. I wasn't surprised that Blake was watching them. When he gets Katy alone he wants to talk to her. She isn't receptive, but they talk some. He actually seems genuinely remorseful for his actions. And he told Katy that he likes her and he wanted to put it out there in case things go badly with the rescue mission. That declaration actually seemed genuine too. I think that he really does like Katy. (hide spoiler)]

Well, the rescue mission didn't go as planned. The weaponized airborne onyx was unexpected. Poor Katy and Dawson. It's a good thing that there was a lake nearby. Daemon seemed especially distraught over Katy getting the dose of onyx. Blake seemed shocked about it too.

So Katy and Daemon were about to have sex when someone interrupts. -sigh- Of course.

I don't know if the whole building up a tolerance thing will work. It usually takes a long time to build up a tolerance to something and they don't really have that much time. Of course, Katy and Daemon fight about her taking part in it.

Wow, I honestly wasn't expecting the whole Carissa scene. It's sad. The thought that she may have been mutated crossed my mind when she was sick, but I didn't expect it to play out like this. I wonder what that bracelet was. Does it tie back to Luc? And why would she just be sitting in Katy's room and then attack her like a zombie before self-destructing? It made no sense. Will showing up was a surprise. I am glad that Katy killed him. That whole scene where she was dying was so emotional. Katy and Daemon finally have sex and the scene was beautiful. As was the prom scene. I am also glad that Dee spent some time with Katy.

I am so heartbroken over what Blake did. I really, REALLY wanted him to be a good guy deep down. Like, so badly. I guess I can still hope, but it seems silly to. My heart hurts for the Blake I wanted him to be. And massive fail with the escape. Again, partly thanks to Blake and his douchebaggery. While Katy was stuck at Mount Weather, I am glad that everyone else made it out of the facility. Now I guess we don't know if they got caught or hurt on the way out or on the way home, but I assume they are okay. Damn, I am still messed up over Blake. (hide spoiler)]

I feel bad for Katy. Though Archer doesn't seem as douchey as the others there. There is something different about him that I can't place. Compassion perhaps. If Katy doesn't start fighting back in the training sessions then her life will be that much harder. Thought I do relate to her defiance. She should have just requested that Blake be the one with her in the fights.

I honestly think that Daemon rushed into things too quickly. He really should have tried to form a better plan than just walking up to Daedalus's front steps with a bow on his head. (hide spoiler)]

I'm actually quite sad. He should not have died. Not unless they had a powerful Luxen heal him back to life. But I bet that isn't going to happen. =/ I think that his character had more promise.

So Daedalus is breeding Luxen men with hybrid women that are bonded and that creates Origins. It is so disturbing. And Archer is one of them. I knew that there was something different about him. And it looks like Luc is one of them as well. So Archer might be the contact that Luc has on the inside. I'm curious about that. And about the Origins in general. It's creepy that they can read minds. And when the child talked to Katy about helping each other...yeah creepy. And then what Archer said about setting the Origins loose would be like setting the raptors loose in Jurassic Park. (hide spoiler)]
