On the author editing page, I notice that there's the option to "add a librarian note" at the top and "add a librarian comment" at the bottom. What, if any, is the difference between these two functions?

Note are visible on the combine page. Comments are only visible on the edit page. Accordingly, notes should be short and only used for fairly critical info. (i.e., a warning not to combine a book with a similarly-titled other book) Comments can be more detailed and include more information.
