Janelle | 347 comments Corey, first thank you for the recommendation! Second, Jurassic Park the novel is a whole new experience. I have seen the movie numerous times also and I am being blown away by this epic adventure. I recommend that you read this novel. All I can say is OMG :^)

Janelle | 347 comments Happy Sunday! 4:25 pm. Completed Jurassic Park. Now I don't know what to do....Has that ever happened to you? You finish a book and then you feel like, "Now what?"

Andrea | 233 comments It is 9:00 a.m. I got a busy day ahead. At work right now. I get off at 5:00. I have a funeral showing after work and then I have to be at my son's 5th grade orientation at 6:30. That lasts until 8:00. I will be going non stop all day. Hopefully I will be able to squeeze some reading into my schedule today.

Alondra Miller 7:01 p.m. Besides reading the 3 listed; I just have to do a re-read of The Strain; now that there is a TV series on about it. I really did enjoy this series, with the disgusting vampires... too real.

i liked it. the vamps are nothing nice. the main character, gets a raw deal, but everyone relies on him. the changes in the world as the vamps take over is pretty crazy and awesome.

After a couple of reading fails I've decided to give it a rest until Sunday when my buddy read of The 5th wave starts. Until then, I can catch up on my video games.

message 12020: by Amber (new)

Amber (amberterminatorofgoodreads) I'm still enjoying Midnight's Children and another book I am doing for a buddy read at my reading for pleasure book club and hope to finish them soon. If anyone wants to join it here on goodreads, feel free to. It's the first online book club I've ever made and ran by myself on here.

11:20AM Very quiet morning so I can get some reading time in. It is partly cloudy today so it is not as hot. Going with Amy to take Aeverie to the school for some further registration. She has to take proof of residency and probably her monthly income to see if he qualifies. I know it would be good for him so we will see. What is everyone planning for today orfor this weekend?

9:52AM Another quiet morning! Much warmer today since the sun is proudly shining. But I have to say I will be sad to see the summer go this year. It was not quite the same, and it went way to fast. Gonna read today and hopefully finish this book. Might take a dip in the pool today too.

Holly sorry to hear you are bummed. Anything I can do to cheer ya up?

Other than that it was good and very close to the book. It was cool how when she went through the stones they had a clearer lens that made the colors more vibrant. I think the actress they picked for Clair is good, not sure about Jamie yet.
