2.32 PM I've had such a busy week, no time for GR or ANY reading. Don't think I can concentrate on a book atm anyway - now that's saying something! I am so scatter-brained and anxious, I feel like I can hardly eat. At least I might lose some weight! JK :) I've lost 7kg in the last 4-8 weeks by being healthy and I'd rather do it that way :) I'm so glad I have yoga tonight, I'm hoping it will help me chill out a bit!

11:08 AM. Good morning, GR.......Well, last night was fun. First, I started not to feel well, and then about 5 AM, Mark had some weird sneezing fit. He doesn't have allergies really, so we're not too sure what caused it. Probably something in the air because of all of the wind we've been having. I finally started to feel better about 6 AM after I took some Aleve. Enjoying some coffee and am going to get back into my book. I read almost two hundred pages last night before I realized it was 1 AM and needed to go to sleep. Haha! I love when a book can do that to you. I'm so glad it is Thursday. Almost the weekend.

Jordan, glad to see a post from you! I hope you feel better soon! I agree with Katy, and hope it's not the H1N1...Nasty stuff.

1:32PM Feeling better now, took a bit but I am ok. Got my book outlet order today. If you guys don't know about book outlet you should really check it out at bookoutlet.com great prices all brand new books although they also have a scratch and Dent section also new books but with minor damage and you get them even cheaper. Anyway I will be going to see Amy and Aves today. Time to get back out.

Susan I too am excited to start my February reads. I have some great ones lined up for the month.

Just finished cleaning up after dinner. We had hot dogs. Tonight my mom and I are going to watch the last three episodes of season three of Lost. But first I am going to read in Bleak House.

11.27 AM What a week. It was.... weird. Anyhow, I'm glad it's Friday. I'm having dinner with my girlfriends tonight. It's a Spanish theme and we're all taking a dish so that should be fun. Going for an early morning jog on the beach tomorrow with a friend so that will be a nice way to start the day. Other than that I don't have much planned. I need to get back into my reading but my brain just can't seem to focus at the moment!

8:30 PM. Dinner is cooking: chicken apple sausages, scalloped potatoes, and steamed cabbage. Pretty healthy and yummy. After dinner, I'm going to do a Youtube video or two. I finally feel up to it. I'm feeling a bit better this evening, especially compared to earlier today. I had a workout, and during my workout, Mark came home. I was happy to see my boy. I received one of my books today from Barnes and Noble, which made me happy. :) Well, I need to check on dinner, and read in between checking dinner and until it's done. :)

11:47PM So I spent some time at Amy's today then came home and made some Frito pie and could not for some reason eat more than a few bites. I am guessing I really was not wanting that for dinner. LOL Oh well it pleased the rest of them. So then Amy and I came began cataloging my books. She had to go home so I finished the left side of the library. I still have 3 book cases left to go, but will do that tomorrow since I am really not starting another book till Saturday. So a bit busy today but not too bad.

Susan I will be reading Flyte some time in February although I am not sure when yet. I have 2 for sure buddy reads that I know of so after those I am game to start the next Septimus Heap.

12:14 AM. I just finished uploading two videos to Youtube, and with my camcorder, the quality is much better. Mark is already in bed, so I think I might stay up and read a bit. I bet I could finish "Crank" tonight if I don't get too sleepy. Some night coffee sounds yummy. I felt pretty good this evening after my workout, but now I don't feel so well again. Oh well. Thank goodness feeling like this isn't permanent and there is something called Aleve. LOL. I'm really enjoying "Crank", and I'm looking forward to starting "Insurgent" on Saturday with the group. :)

Welp, looks like I'm going to be several hundred pages short of my 7500 page challenge this month. Remind me not to try any more challenges: I'm way too impulsive of a reader for challenges. I think I'll finish what I'm reading now
(The Wind Is Not a River) and see how deep I can get into WAR AND PEACE.

I cannot wait for the Superbowl! I'm pulling for Denver, but I'm doubtful.

10:25 AM. Good morning, GR! I have been reading a lot this morning, but I came to a point where it was so shocking, I had to stop and take a break. I needed a breather from it for a moment. Anyways, I've got a few errands to run, so I might get an early workout, do my errands, then run to the bookstore. I feel like I need to get out of the house a little today. I am so glad it's Friday, and hopefully the weather stays nice so it can be a nice weekend with my love. :) But also, ha...a nice weekend to read. I'm going to finish up "Crank" today, and tomorrow I'm starting Insurgent by Veronica Roth. I can't wait to see what happens in the next installment. Happy Friday, everyone! :)

Chuck, I am REALLY looking forward to this Super Bowl because I love both teams. So, either way, for me, whomever wins, is fine with me. I'm just so sad football will be over. :(

12:13pm EST. Having a good morning. Was up with hub at 4:15, but went back to bed and Charlie the puppy didn't wake me till 10. Blissful sleep. Plan to spend most of the day reading. I'll do a lot of cooking over the weekend. Hub's birthday is Monday, but we'll celebrate on Sunday. Having chips and dip and snacks for the Superbowl (go Denver!) and Larry has requested a BD meal of (of all things) chicken and rice, focaccia, and lemon squares. He says it's his go-to comfort food. Also making spinach and rosemary bread. Trying a new recipe Sat for cauliflower coated in yogurt and spices and deep fried (from Alice Waters new cookbook). Hope everyone has a great weekend!

2:54PM I just realized I had not posted here today. In a bit we are gonna go out and eat some chinese food. Will be keeping Aves for a few hours this evening because Amy is going to the movies. I need to keep up with the cataloging of my books. I got the left half of the library done which is 3 book shelves at present time. Tonight I will do the right half which is another 3 shelves. I will be happy when I am done with it and I will also know how many books I have as well.

Kathryn I felt like I needed to get out today too, so will do just that. Enjoy your time out, especially at the book store.

Terri glad you had a nice morning that is always awesome to hear. Mine morning was pretty quiet until I decided to go over to Amy's and visit a bit while she continued unpacking.

That has to be the best war movie ever! That really was the greatest generation IMO.

2:43 a.m. EST Yeah, I'm just waking up. Tried to go to sleep around noon, but it was close to 3 before I managed it, then His Royal Majestic Fluffiness the Fluff kept waking me up until I shut the bedroom door at about 9. Clearing out e-mail and then it'll be time to finish Buffy Season 7 and Angel Season 4 and move on to Angel's final season.
