What books have you bought lately?
I got them for about $4 each, but they're such bad reads that I didn't even finish the 3rd volume. Worst investment ever! lol

went back to the bookstore the other day, and picked up a couple more that i'd been looking at for a while. also grabbed a huge collection of classic horror. has some familiar names like h.p. lovecraft, edgar allan poe, and algernon blackwood, but i'm really curious to see what else is in there. 🙃
I have not went book shopping for quite some time. I did order my current book, The Last Flight from BOTM though. I hope everyone enjoys all of their books.
actually found darcy coates at a bookstore so i grabbed one of the titles on my tbr! i've had to order her stuff online in the past so i'm really excited that her work has been made more accessible to me now. can't wait to read this one! :)
FINALLY, my roommate and I made it to Goodwill, haven't been since this whole nightmare started! Here's what I got for books.

Just bought The Institute last week, and this one will probably be an October read along with Imaginary Friend.

Rachel I wish we had a decent library, but we don't, that is what happens I guess when you live in a small town, and I can't see paying a fee to use a library in another town.

i actually have the app for my state's library system so i can browse their catalog at home, put a hold on whatever book i want, and they'll mail it to my local library for me to check out. it's pretty great. :)

I just bought an interesting book last week, among others, but this one is great. It is called Wildly Into the Dark: Typewriter Poems and the Rattlings of a Curious Mind. This is such a unique book of poetry and quotes, small stories. I love it.

had a very successful trip to the bookstore the other day. traded in a bunch of books that i didn't think i'd read again, and came back with a bunch that i'd been looking for.
i've been looking for harvest home for like a year now and ended up finding it in the freebie bin at the store. very excite. :)
