It's important to analyze rhetorical so that we understand the author's writing to another level. We can determine how the writer wants to get their point across to the audience.
One doesn't become a good writer without analyzing other writers' moves and techniques.
If we didn't analyze the "moves" authors make we would miss certain rhetoric in a context, and important themes or tones in a text. Analyzing "moves" makes the reader understand the context, and test the author's credit.
We analyze texts to understad the meaning better.
