Dimitri is so totally gonna turn back into a dhampire. But, on the other hand, to provide a twist, someone has to sacrifice something and/or die. It is the only way for Mead to leave you waiting for more. Again, if you noticed, in her last two books, she ended off with a cliffhanger. In the third, Dimtiri is turned strigoi. Dum dum dauuuum...... In the fourth, he is coming to the Academy to kill Rose forever. Dum dum dauuuum...... I wonder what the next one will be. Anyway, Rose is someone you can actually look up too. She is not like loser Bella who is a total klutz and is stupid. Rose can stand up for herself, she can fight, and, let's face it, is totally pretty, UNLIKE Bella. Rose is totally awesome and she and Dimitri are two 'badasses' born and destined to be with each other!

of course he will! what will happen is that Dimitri will turn back into a dhampire but the cost would be Lissa's powers and her spirit.
Probably will be a dhampir, but it can't kill Lissa. Rose wouldn't let that happened and it would suck if Lissa died or lost her powers. Because of this book, I actually like Lissa now. She wasn't selfish really.

I like them both. And when I say that I like Adrian more, I mean that in Blood Promise I like his Personality more than I do Dimitri. Because to me it feels like Dimitri just goes in with Rose to get her high off the endorphans just so he can say that she choose to turn Strigoi willingly.
As with Adrian he has really matured
and yes Adrian did drink and smoke in Blood Promise, but he DIDNT GET DRUNK!!!!!
Yeah I'm proud of him for that, lol, but my heart will always belong to Dimka.

Adrian is a rich Moroi who alwas has gotten whatever he wants... Rose hasn`t go his way yet...., maybe she´s just a whim for him.. we´ll have to wait till the next book to see if he REALLY loves her... but even though I don't think Rose would be able to have the same deep connection or feel the electricity that she has with Dimka..
stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! okay herer is what happens for real...rose founds dimitri. he is a strigoi. rose meets dimitris fam. in the process and her dad too. she goes on a strigoi hunt and turtures them an if they don't know anything about dimitri she kills them. then she founds a strigoi and he tells dimitri. dimitri foudsa her then kidnappes her. then rose becomes a blood hore wile dimitri takes blood from her while kissing and duing other things. after wards she escape and actually stakes dimitri but not in the heart. but she doesn't know because he falls over the bridge.she returnes to the academy and then finds out that dimitri is not dead because he sent's her the stake that she'd staked him with and a note from him. she gets her hopes up and makes a plan wich includes to break victor from prision so that he could tell her were to find his brother(that is a s[pirit user that returned a strigoi back to its formal self)so rose is counting on finding him before dimitri finds her to kill her.

OMG !! i loved this book although i was a little dissapointed with rose while reading some bits but i think this book is amazing . i nearly choked on chewing gum when she thought he was dead . i was like 'there is no way this is happening' i mean cummon its like no dimitri no rose . i so cannot wait for the next one to come out , god i have a feeling somehow victor is gonna be free in the process of dimitri turning dhampier again and then the 6th book could be about them trying to stop victor once and for all . cant wait god hope time just flies by . :(

Rose is so NOT a blood whore. She is amazing....And so is Dimitri which is why they must be together! Even though Mead opened up the opportunity of Adrian for Rose, in the fifth book, Adrian will confuse her and make her unsure of her feelings. She will feel distraught because she finds out that she actually likes Adrian because under all of the show he puts on, he actually has a good character. She will start doubting Dimitri and her plan of turning him back into a dhampire through Victor's brother. When Dimitri comes for her, though, all her troubles will disappear because she realizes that he is the one for her!
Rose mentioned something...why didn't he want to have sex with her?I don't think the reason was only to tempt Rose for becoming a Strigoi.I guess there's something more to it.
I think the next book is gonna be about Rose breaking victor out of prison and finding his brother so she can get the cure to save Dimitri! oh and guys don't forget Rose's future was 'you will destroy what is undead' or something like that! so she's gonna cure all the strigoi somehow and turn them back to dhampirs, humans and moroi : ) although that would probably happen in the last book.

Remember the last time she saw Adrian in that dream, tight halter dress, jewlery, lots of make-up and nasty bruises on her neck?! But of course that's not Rose, she woke up faught the bite addiction and kicked ass as usual.
I've loved Adrian since Frostbite!!! In this book I was SO mad when Adrian was defending Avery and said she wasn't the 'love em' and leave em type' or whatever. And then when he said that he wouldn't come back, I actually put ther book down and went to bed sad :(
