Add to My Shelf widget sizing

I'm trying to get the add to my shelf widget into a somewhat tight sidebar, and wondering if there's any way to set the size, similar to Facebook's Like button. The width is 220px. People can add the book, but the link to edit the review gets pushed down, and is not visible.

Also wondering if there is anyway to get the shelf selection list that shows on hover to overflow out of the iframe (also, similar to Facebook's Like button). We just don't have that much space to dedicate to the Goodreads widget, but I would like it to be fully functional.

It's not super flexible at this point.
