Hi everyone, so this is going to be the spoiler free thread as we are only a week into this months group read of Stray.

I've already read the whole series a while ago, and I'm horrible about remembering when each book stops, but I really enjoyed this series. I liked Faythe a lot. I think she's a badass, who slowly learns what is actually important in life. She grows from being an immature self-centered kid into a responsible adult (with mistakes) but I think she tries her hardest. I would definitely recommend reading the rest of the series.

It's funny because I read the whole series a while back except for the firts book because they didnt have it at the library and I didnt have my ereader then.
I'm about 54% in right now; I'm glad to be reading it finally

I agree, think the shifter series is a great coming of age story :)

That's really interesting, do you think you enjoyed Stray more or less after having read the rest of the series before hand?

(lol I know that's a tough one to answer with out spoilers for other books!)

I think I enjoyed it more because I've read the others' Faythe is really a bit immature in the firts books and the way her family treats her makes me want to scream. But because I read the other books first I could see how she and those relationships would evolve so it worked as a nice contrast
