I read this book in 8th grade so it is more of a children's/ya novel. It is about pair of Boy twins who go and look after the house of their late uncle for the summer. There were always weird things being said about the uncle. They find a shed in the backyard and realize that time moves way faster inside the shed. One of the brothers gets locked in for just a second on the outside but on the inside he is locked in for the night SPOILER: in the end, one of the twins decides to stay in there for a whole night which equals a year to him inside the shed as a way to differentiate him from his twin brother.
