J.L. Vaughan (jlvaughan) | 4 comments I'm looking for a person or two to read and review my recent book "No Good Son" and I have a couple copies on the shelf I'd send out for free. I put a link below to the goodreads link which should also get you to the other reviews on it so far. The book is a Crime Thriller, lots of guns, some car chasing and a guy seriously convicted about what it is he is doing. If that sounds like your kind of thing send me a message.

Thanks,

George (gmaz135) | 6 comments Chasing Dragons is a throwback adventure reminiscent of a 1940s movie serial or something you might see on Turner Classic Movies at 2AM. You can check out reviews here:

https://www.amazon.com/CHASING-DRAGON...

Synopsis:
In the aftermath of World War II, recently discharged Army Air Force pilot Duke Kellogg and his fledgling airline find themselves embroiled an adventure involving intrigue and missing treasure. The legend of the Golden Dragons has been debated from bar stools throughout the South Pacific for years, but most believe it to be nothing more than a good yarn. When a mysterious woman enters the Coral Pacific offices and claims to be the fiancée of a missing courier on a secret mission carrying gold to Chiang Kai-Shek, she sets in motion a series of events involving deception, mystery and hair raising exploits. Through it all Duke, his copilot, Edwina Watt and flight mechanic Nick Minetti struggle to uncover the truth and survive while Chasing Dragons.

If you are interested in reviewing, I'd be pleased to send you a free pdf or Word copy. George

Lauren Garcia (laloga) | 16 comments Hi there! :) My name is Lauren, and I write fantasy novels.

My first published novel, Catalyst Moon: Incursion, is a fantasy, with romance and adventure. It's slated for release later this month, and I would love some reviews! (Who wouldn't, right?)

Here's the Goodreads page: Incursion

Here is the synopsis:

***
There is balance in all things.

Those who live and breathe magic; those who guard the world against it. Those who heal; those who tear asunder. Those who must choose their paths; those who chose long ago.

The One god shaped the world to exist in perfect harmony...until Seren, the second moon appeared, bringing magic and throwing humanity into chaos. Now, mages are captives, guarded by high walls and highly-trained sentinels, men and women who ingest a dangerous substance to gain an immunity to magic. Only then can they protect the world from the magic-users and abide by their oath: Honor. Service. Sacrifice.

Kali, a crippled mage who longs to run from the painful memories of her deceased father, travels to Whitewater City to meet with a powerful healer. When her sentinel escort is decimated by monstrous bandits, she is left in the company of a single sentinel, Stonewall, a man with nothing left but his chosen name and his faith in the gods. Together, they must survive demonic creatures, bloodthirsty nomads, and a strange magic never seen before.

But trouble brews in Whitewater City. Sentinel Commander Talon struggles to keep the mages captive as Eris, a shape-changing mage, prepares for an escape of her own. Meanwhile, Milo, a new sentinel, must decide if the path he's chosen is the right one after tragedy strikes his squad.

Catalyst Moon: Incursion is an epic fantasy with notes of romance that introduces an old world where magic is new...and rebellion is on the horizon.

I am currently looking for reviewers for my new novel The Violet Stone. Its genre is fantasy romance. It does contain strong language and some explicit scenes. If you are interested, leave a message here or direct message me on goodreads and I can provide you with a digital copy for review.
Thanks in advance,
Camilla Klaus

Here is the blurb:
In a realm far removed from our own, there exists a place called the Continent. On the Continent there are those who are born with the gift of magic and those who are not. Mages, as they are called, are feared and despised by those without the ability to use magic. As a result, mages are taken at a young age and moved to institutions far removed from society to live out the rest of their lives. They are guarded by a special class of warriors of the state and each aspect of their lives are carefully monitored, controlled and recorded.

However, things are changing on the Continent. A growing unrest among citizens and mages alike is brewing, and talk of a revolution to overthrow the state is on everyone's mind.

Zahra, a beautiful young woman, is one such mage. However, Zahra has something of a rebellious streak: frequently she abandons the confines of her institution to explore the surrounding woods in search of learning more about a forbidden form of magic. On one such excursion, she comes across an elusive, pale faced figure: Roland, a revolutionary active in the underground rebellion to free mages. However, Roland is not all what he appears to be, and is in fact a vampire who has been stalking and watching Zahra from afar. A gorgeous yet troubled man, Roland wishes nothing more than to run away with Zahra, but is ultimately afraid that he will be unable to free her and unable to protect her from the greatest threat she will ever face: himself, and his love.

Hannah Baston | 2 comments Hey Everyone,

All I ask is your honest opinion, it only has to be a sentence or two.

Here's the Goodreads page: Please don't make me

Blurb:

Unlike other little girl’s her Mother doesn’t make her do homework or go to bed. When her Mom is happy, she is the best in the world. But Lilly can’t predict what makes her happy.

The only one who understands is her older brother Jeff. He never screams or tells lies. Jeff is her best friend. He protects her from angry grownups and cuddles her when she’s sad.

Teri Dluznieski (horsewisevt) | 43 comments I have a free short-read, epic fantasy, young adult, romance.
When the Wind Calls

At 19, Kijah feels like she's outgrowing her family's small urban farm. She also has questions about her real father, a Faenyr man her mother won’t talk about. Growing up in Treyu, at least, being half-blooded is common. But she just doesn't feel like she fits.

Then Zria walks into her life. A golden-fair Faenyr boy, a mirror to her own exotic looks. Everything she thought was turned upside down. Now she wonders about magic, and the nature of true power, as they explore each other’s worlds. She is swept up in newfound love that brings a whirlwind of change. For the first time in her life, she feels connected to herself, to Zria, and the world around her.

She knows it is all because of Zria: magic and charming and completely foreign. In a very short time, he has become her whole world. She feels so connected to Zria, that she forgets that he is truly Faenyr, in a way that she is not. What will she do when she realizes they may be less alike than she thought?

Pamela Canepa | 33 comments My sci-fi romance novella, Made for Me, is free today for download on Amazon (for U.S. and U.K., possibly other markets), and back to 2.99 after 7/10. Download it at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DZ5230G Described by readers as "A fun romp in the future," and "Wonderfully unique!"

Read this tale of the awkward first date, and what it's like to overcome differences in the future, in a world even more technologically advanced than ours. It's a quick read, with lovable characters, so I've been told by my readers! There's Abrielle, who can't decide what to wear for a date on her own, or what she'll have for dinner; then there's Sampson, seemingly the perfect man. What could go wrong?

John Brhel | 8 comments Hi all,

My new co-written book, Marvelry's Curiosity Shop, just came out on July 26, and I'm looking for some honest reviews! It's a modern fantasy with some horror elements.

Marvelry's Curiosity Shop by John Brhel

Here's a synopsis:

Retired stage magician Dr. Marvelry prefers to stock his antique store with strange and occult items. He has always enjoyed meeting odd people and hearing their stories, the legends attached to mysterious objects. A phonograph that seemingly replays a tragedy. Fertility dolls that are more than decoration. A bedeviled mannequin. These are just some of the relics this eccentric shopkeeper has collected over the years.

No two customers will have the same experience in his curiosity shop -- some walk away satisfied, others are never heard from again. But one thing is certain – when you purchase an item at this store, you often get more than what you paid for.

Follow Marvelry and his hexed objects through twelve tales of suspense, magic, terror, and transformation. Meet his new assistant, fellow illusionists, and some irregular characters along the way. Hi John,
Do you fancy doing a swap on reviews - I do yours, you do mine? The bad news for you is that my "The Red Grouse Tales" is a longer book than yours. Please have a look at my website http://www.lesliegarland.co.uk and if after that the swap idea appeals email me at redgrouse@lesliegarland.co.uk

Title: Floresha

Formats: Mobi & PDF

Contact: lcperry614@yahoo.com

Blurb: Seventeen year old Ringzette Almer is a Torosapien that lives in a world that is just as gripping as it is beautiful. The world, Floresha, has taken the place of Earth which was destroyed centuries ago by an unknown power. There are four main tribes that live as a part of its inhabitants: The Chayas, the Marconnis, the Wielders and the Juugulars. Ringzette, a Chaya, is plunged deeper into her world when she comes across a mysterious man who implants a gem on her stomach. As if things couldn’t get any stranger, she is told that her claimed to be dead brother may not be dead after all and a father she never knew has left her with an unfeasible mission that he himself was unable to complete. Now with her whole world on her shoulders, Ringzette must break the forbidden rule of travelling to the other tribes and find the six guardians that are born to protect this planet. She not only has to race against time, but also the enemies destined to destroy the very same people she must find and protect. To make matters worse, she will have to accomplish all this while managing to survive the treacherous lands of the tribes she's only heard of from her textbooks. As a lazy teenager born from a tribe of peacekeepers, what are her chances of making it through this alive?

I have a giveaway going on for my book right now but if you're interested in getting a free ebook copy in exchange for a review let me know by email :)

Thank you for your time!

Here's my blurb:
Kajal, a young, cynical and hubris small time entrepreneur in New York City, who does not believe in love chooses her dates based on numerology. However, she does not prefer to date the ones whose birth number is a 4. At first, she would seem weird but as you get to know her, you would see that she is no different from you and me. Chris, her new roommate, who is a journalist, gay and a believer in love is baffled by her ways. He is in a five year long term relationship with Andrew, a dancer from Miami whilst Kajal is having a hard time trying to make a relationship last even for a day. Soon, their holiday trip to Miami unfolds secrets behind Kajal's faith in numerology and a ghost from the past makes her question her belief in it. But, does she find true love?
