Nick Wisseman (nickwisseman) Hi everyone,

I'm looking for reviews of my literary novel House with a Blue Door. The story is inspired by the time I spent working at a group home for mentally handicapped residents, many of whom had additional diagnoses like Down syndrome, Tourette’s, and paranoid schizophrenia. My primary goal is to show this group of people as people, not stereotypes. My secondary goal is to spotlight the types of amazing staff members I encountered. 10% of my royalties will go to charity.

If you're interested, message me with your email address and preferred file format (MOBI, EPUB, or PDF).

Thanks,

Nick Wisseman

Amazon Link - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00V...

I'd like to offer up to 5 free ebook copies to anyone willing to read and review within a 2-3 week time frame. If you're interested, please message me on Goodreads or email me at dkhamilton10@gmail.com

Here's a synopsis:

Now, at age 28, Julia’s life revolves around her three year old son, Carson, her career at Oceanic Marketing, and her supportive family. After the turbulent years of her early 20s, Julia resolved to never trust a man again. That is until Drew Parkington, an old classmate, suddenly comes back into her life.

Julia is forced to examine her life and decide if she can let go of the past and learn to trust again.

Ashley | 6 comments Good day!
I am authoring a seven-book series on 'Problem Solving', the first four books use fun activities of puzzles and games as teaching aids.
Would appreciate feedback on the content.

Link to free ebook:
http://www.problemsolvingpathway.com/...

The content is analysis-heavy, in keeping with the concept of solving a problem, not a puzzle.
The insights are easy to understand - all you need is patience!

The problem solving angle:
Each puzzle/game is considered a problem to be solved.
Problem solving phases – Identification of the problem, Ignoring redundant and irrelevant information, Analysis, Getting wrong or sub-optimal solutions, Zeroing in on the optimal solution (deciding), Result versus solution, Implementing the solution, Reviewing your solution (seeking user and stakeholder feedback), Re-implementing a better solution (process improvement).

Genres: Life-skills, "How To", Self-help, Self-learning, Self-improvement, Education.

Thank you,

Would you like to review my book?

Genesis by Andreas Laurencius

Mr. Ashok, i regret that I couldn't put the ebook for free on www.bookblaster.com, it's 99c instead, because I don't want random downloads, I want they who genuinely want to read my book to have it. However, if you are willing to read my book, I will send you the ebook for free.

An english professor emailed me that Chapter 2 could be too hard to read, but an economics and politics professor in Adelaide actually finished reading in 10 days and left me a review here on goodreads. It's just the way i structured the book. But from Chapter 3 it's all easy reading.

Hello all,

I am currently giving away eBook copies of Peace Behind the Wire: A Nonviolent Resolution in exchange for a review.

The Power of Peace Project began four years ago, when twelve prisoners signed a solemn pledge and set out to see if they could live in peace inside Georgia’s most dangerous maximum security prison for forty days. Kit Cummings, the founder of the Power of Peace Project, released his new book this month, Peace Behind the Wire: A Nonviolent Resolution, which chronicles the Power of Peace movement as it grew to include prisons, schools, and churches across the United States, Honduras, Mexico, South Africa, and the Ukraine.

Massimo Marino | 106 comments Daimones is available from NetGalley:
https://s2.netgalley.com/catalog/book...

Nothing could have prepared them for the last day.

Explore the future of humanity in Massimo Marino’s Daimones, an apocalyptic tale that feels like it could happen tomorrow. You may never sleep through a windstorm again.

Death swept away the lives of billions, but spared Dan Amenta and his family, leading them to an uncertain future. When merely surviving isn’t enough and the hunt for answers begins, memories from the past and troubling encounters lead Dan to the truth about the extermination of the human race. Distressing revelations will give new meaning to their very existence.

Early humans shaped the future and seeded a plan millions of years in the making. Now survivors must choose: Endure a future with no past or fade away into a past with no future?

I checked the sample in Amazon Kindle, and found it depressing and very long (600+ pages), possibly becaue it is not my fave genre.
So I would suggest that you ask potential reviewers to read the sample and confirm it is their cup of tea before asking you for a copy.

Behind the Vines by Jill H. O’Bones

"The Fairies know who she is."

The stories her aunt had told her were only fairy tales; at least that's what Elizabeth believed until she took her son to her aunt's house to remember her past, before the brain tumor killed her. But when she found the butterflies, they showed her that the stories were true. Elizabeth was destined to be queen in a world where unicorns and fairies exist.

With the discovery of her true destiny, Elizabeth must now unite the people in that other world to stop Baron Priam from taking the Kingdom over, and she must find a suitable King to rule in her place before the tumor in her head kills her.

Sacha Valero (sachavalero) | 6 comments Hello everyone,

I have a sci-fi thriller out called The Woman In Black -Origin. The Woman In Black Origin

18+

The book is set in the far future in another galaxy and the story is about a young orphan girl named Saskia. At seven she's already a genius and comes to the attention of a corrupt politician. He kidnaps her and destroys the orphanage where she'd made a new home to cover his tracks. He's very wealthy and erases her biological records, essentially disappearing her from all galactic databases.

In a secret basement under his house he abuses her and eventually erodes her will. He sends her away with a man named Liam who also spent his youth locked in the basement. Liam trains her in self defense, espionage, stealth, computer hacking, etc. She becomes a ghost and a cold blooded killer to serve the interests of her kidnapper and rapist.

Disclaimer: there are a couple of rape scenes in the book. Nothing brutal, but necessary to the plot.

If you're interested please email me at sachavalero@gmail.com and I'd be happy to send you a pdf or epub.

I'd be more than happy to exchange reviews with you so long as we adhere to the stated rules.

Sacha
