Hi to all the new members :)
Hello everyone!I'm Sage, friends call me Sagey. Not saggy, but Sagey. I'm kind of new to the site. My favorite genre of books to read are young adult, I can't get enough of them.
Hey Sagey! Very unique name :) I looooove this genre too :) See you around. Hope you join in the discussions.
Hello! I am definitely not a young adult in age but in heart. I love the escape - these stories just really suck me in & make me want to read more. My favorite book is usually the last one I read -- there are so many good ones! Currently I am reading The Bronze Horseman and its been really hard to put down! Next up is "Breathe"! :). Besides YA, I enjoy mystery/thrillers and contemporary too. Thank you for letting me join your group!
Hi All,UPDATE Just learned the PROOF COPY of my debut novel has been shipped, so the release date has now dwindle down to only a few days--days I wish would already happen.
Would love for everyone to become my friend on FaceBook

THANKS for your support here. :-)
Hi everyone!
Jairah's the name, but just call me Jai. Anyway, I'm new to this site, a friend of mine (another bookworm, like me) recommended and so I checked and I loved it from the first day. I'm kind of a wide reader, experimenting different genres. So I guess that's it! Thanks a lot for letting me join this group! Love ya all! :)

Hi! I was trying to find my earlier post and correct it. This is definitely an active group! My YA novel No Turning Back is free all day today! Here is the link http://www.jms-books.com/index.php?ma...I originally posted a link to the YA site Queerteen Press, but it is their parent site, which also publishes adult books, that is hosting the giveaway!
Hi, I'm Phanessa but prefer Ness or Nessa these days. I found this group during an insomnia trip way early this morning. This year I've started reading more and fell in love with contemporary YA romanca because it gives me a great escape from my boring life and helps me forget my ex. Helpful, right?I am currently pre-law in school but after great thought and the realization that my anxiety is too high for public speaking and people of authority, I'm changing my major to creative writing. Something I actually enjoy.
It's not really important information about me, I just needed to tell someone before I tell my family.
I hope I remain active in this group, I tend to have the attention span of a chihuahua.
Hi i'm Victoria, I live in Durham England. I just joined the site this month but I love this group, Sarah Dessen is my favourite teenage romance author but I also like John Green. Iv'e being scrolling through the book shelf and I now have so many more books to add to my to-read list so thankyou
Hello everyone :)I'm Elie, I'm a french girl but I love my books in English. I find it easier to read for some reasons... I'm a bookworm, I can read a book every day in my good days. My favorite genre is Young Adults because I like how it's not another random love story. It's love helping to save someone, most of the time from themselves.
I'll just shut up now, ahah. Hi again.

Glad to meet you here Elie :) Love to visit French someday! Welcome to the group
Hi I'm pip, and I'm from New Zealand, I love YA contemporary books. I don't have one specific favorite book to date, but at the moment my favorites would be beautiful disaster and Slammed, also i just finished reading hopeless by colleen hoover and it was AMAZING!! P.S I have read pushing the limits too and loved it.
Morning fellow wormies :-) I've been searching awhile for a group and think I've found it here. Affer giving myself a 100 book challenge this year I realized how much I missed reading. I've loved majority of what I've read but I've come to a road block. I feel like I've read them all and have no clue what to read next. Enter the group. Heres to hoping my inner worm gets jogged back into place.

Hi everyone :) I've been a member for awhile, but I've been lurking the entire time. YA (and New Adult) Contemporary is my favorite genre at the moment, but I also read paranormal and adult stuff. I read way too much (almost at 300 books this year, not counting re-reads). I've already gotten some great recs from checking out the monthly/weekly reads there, looking forward to making more bookworm friends! :D
Hello Everyone! I've been on Goodreads for a while but I haven't actually communicated with anyone on it ever. So here I am- I love YA contemoporary, Paranormal, UF. Current obsessions include waiting for the next Lux installment to come out as I just finished Opal and I am dyyiiinnggg, I also just finished Angelfall which blew me away.
Kala wrote: "Hi everyone :) I've been a member for awhile, but I've been lurking the entire time. I awesome to meet you, Anna! I <3 Paranormal books! I don't really know what UF is though, I did a search and it just came up with University of Florida stuff. Hope to see you around.
haha! When I think UF I automatically think University of Florida (since I am an alumni there), but in book terms it stands for urban fantasy.
Abhishek wrote: "@Anna UF means????"Hi! Sorry about that! UF= Urban Fantasy. Think Mortal Instruments series, if you are familiar :)
Gisbelle wrote: "Hahh How could I miss that? I love Urban Fantasy!"I recently discovered that it was its own sub-genre but once I saw the name I knew that I have been a fan without realizing it for a long time. What are your favorite UF books/series? I think mine is Infernal Devices because of the steampunk element thrown in there- plus a pretty intense love triangle- they are a lot of fun.
Hello :)My name is Jess. 21 years old...well in a few days anyways :P. My husband and I live in Darwin, Australia.
I'm so glad I've found goodreads! Now instead of fussing about finding a good book to read next, I can search or read your comments that lead me to my new favourite books! I look forward to reading all the comments and suggestions. I'm really glad I found this group too, its awesome :D
Soo...I've just finished reading Beautiful Disaster after reading a comment saying it was good and i totally loved it! Thanks so much for all your great comments! Keep them coming! Look forward to chatting and reviewing with you all :D
Hey Jess! Thanks for joining :) I loved Beautiful Disaster too. Too bad, it is not exactly young adult, so we cannot add it to group read (we have a lot of young members).Looking forward to chatting with you as well :)

Hi everyone! My name is Brittanie. I just recently got back into reading on a consistent basis. I love reading and I love being able to escape into a book for a couple of hours. I really enjoy YA or just about anything that is interesting and I feel I can relate to.
Hey there Brittanie! Thanks for joining. I have just resumed my reading this year too after I graduated and have more free time. See you around!
Hi everyone, I'm a huge fan of contemps, mainly because they make me laugh and I can relate to them. I've read books from the same authors so it will be nice to broaden my horizons with this group, look forward to reading with you all. ps - I don't have a favourite book, but I did enjoy my last read - Lizzy Harrison loses control by Pippa Wright.
Hey Mu :) I love, love, love contemporary books. Like you said they are easy to relate to and simply entertaining. I don't read books from any specific authors, though. I read anything and everything as long as they have pretty covers (I am a snob :P)Welcome to the group!
hi i'm pia from argentina!!! I love to read every genre, especially the ones were romance is involved
Hello everyone! I'm Kimberly, I would say something about me loving reading but I think you already know since everyone here does. Why else would I join if I didn't love reading? Anyways I just recently joined goodreads, this seemed like a really good group since I already read a lot YA Romance, contemporary, all different kinds of genres.
